  • Samosas are certainly the most popular snack of india,which are a must in Ramazan.
    So here's the recipe to prepare it in your home rather than eating the street side samosas which would not be healthy.
    Do follow all the tips given below to get perfect samosa
    TIPS:-
    1)COOK THE KHEEMA UNTIL ALL THE SOUP IN IT IS ABSORBED
    WELL ,ORELSE YOUR SAMOSAS START LEAKING.
    2)ALWAYS CLOSE THE CORNERS USING FLOUR PASTE TO AVOID
    THE FILLING COMING OUT OF THE SAMOSAS.
    3)DO NOT FRY THE SAMOSAS IN VERY HOT OIL ,ALWAYS MAINTAIN THE TEMPERATURE OF OIL TO MEDIUM.
    4)DO NOT OVER FRY THE ONIONS & THE FILLING.
    PREP TIME:30 mins
    COOKING TIME: 45 mins
    MAKES: 15-20
    INGREDIENTS:-
    1)Onion(very finely chopped)-2 3/4 cup OR 3 large size
    2)Mutton/beef mince(Kheema)-1 cup
    3)Coriander leaves(very finely chopped)-1 cup
    4)Green chillies(very finely chopped)-5-6 tbsps
    5)Turmeric pwd-1/4 tsp
    6)Black pepper pwd- 1 tsp
    7)Salt- as per taste
    8)All purpose flour(Maida)/Wheat flour-2 tbsps
    9)Oil-3 tbsps + for frying
    10)Samosa pattis- 15-20
    11)Water- 5 tbsps+ 300 ml
