Thank you for making this video. Eye makeup for dark-skinned women can be a challenge as the readily available colors don't often show up on our skin. The makeup artist did a great job of showing how to make color work.
@natosha Brinkley actually it's a well know. Fact that most mainstream make-up is made for white women. Yes, there are products that are specifically made for us, now but it has not always been that way. Walking into a target and not being able to find my color since I started wearing make up in highschool has always been hard for me. Maybe your experience has been different, which is fine but no need to diminish others experiences.
@ЭдуардХиль LOL all of the make-up tutorials are for white women, thus the need for a black women eye shadow tutorial. Make-up is not made for us. It's made for white women.
Candace Strickland Is it, really? That sucks. Black women like myself (and you as well) wanna wear makeup, too. Why does everything always have to be for white women? It's not fair. :(
+Candace Strickland wth are you talking about...there are millions of products and hundreds of lines now that cater to black women...stop being inflammatory and be thankful that black woman, like yourself and I, don't have to go through some of the things blacks had to go through when white people really were first in line...smh...people like you are the only ones that keep it going at this point
