I´ve done a side by side comparison between the Zeiss 4/35 and Hikmicro Condor cq35l. I believe they use the same sensor as the image quality is virtually identical. Both have phenomenal IQ and are very similar. Hik has a laser rangefinder and a slightly lower price. Zeiss has three sensitivity modes, HIk two. I´ve also compared these to Pulsar Axion 2 XQ Pro and XM35, and sadly the Pulsars´ IQ aren´t at the same level.

Does red mode protect your night vision?
Yes thats the idea, it preserves natural night vision so your eye takes less time to adapt to darkness when you move the monocular away.
