  • This video of my Grand Sport is to bring you up to date of some of my visual mods and an unseen suspension mod installed by Ray Killen Sr. owner of RK Performance, of coilovers. They make a big difference in handling. All the vinyl appliques were done by Ray Jr., owner of Limitless Auto Labs, and his work is beyond compare. I don't care where you live, this father and son team is beyond compare for any and all of Performance or general maintenance needs and vinyl work Ray Jr. along with his dad, have a great imagination and knowledge of designing something which you will be more than happy with.

@Blues-man. Thank you so much. Not to get to wordy, but the Corvette has been a life changer for me since 1971. I've had several throughout the years, but now, with my 2010 Vette, I'm finally have some fun. Life's too short not to enjoy every minute of it. Save the Wave.

THAT is a very good question. Keep in mind that I purchased it new, and that was 14 years ago. I started with just purchasing a set of chrome valve stem caps the C6 Bowtie emblem for $9.95. T b en I hot the "bug" and budgeted for $5k a year. Some years were less and some were more. But the average it worked out to $5k a year. So far I have $60k into it. Foolish? Some would say so, while it hers were supporting my exoensive habit. I don't live in a mansion, nor do I take expensive vacations and paying for college tuitions is over. So my expensive habit is not really foolish, it's being self indulgent. The Corvette gas been life changing experience and the value of that experience is priceless. I hope that answers your question and my aforementioned words are the condensed version. lol Save the Wave.

Shortly after I retired I rewarded myself with a C-6, then a C-7 Corvette. both metallic red. Wish I could have put the interior from the 7 into the 6, that would have been the perfect blend. C-6 GS is the best looking Vette IMHO. That's a beautiful!

@TexasRiverRat31254 Boy, are you and I on the same page. When the C7 racing seat option came out, I wanted them to install in my C6. I've been searching for years with no luck. Save the Wave.

How much did it cost to build. It's the best corvette I've ever seen 😮

Not for me, but I can appreciate your effort to make it your own.

@jessebunker6062 I I I I I appreciate that. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Plus, if I ever decided to sell it, I can put it back to original in that I have everything that was removed from the car. Save the wave.
