I literally quit when the new map came and now that I am playing a bit more there is a dumb glitch where things are rendering all wrong. (I play computer btw)
Honestly they should make two games, one with the old map and one with the new. That way mobile players can still play and people who want the new map can always switch over.
Idk why people made such a big fuss over the map change. It looks nicer, adds more depth to the map. All i'm getting from this is, "waaaa, old map, waaaa".
That's not the problem, at least for me, first of all it's so stupidly big that not even the best trolls in mobility can reach places in time, since you lose the essences at night because the mountain (where they always fall) is so high It is better to wait almost at the chasm for them to fall, the map has a lot of useless void, and almost everything they added will be included in other updates (that is, the factory, the lumberjack's house, the cave in the forest, etc.)
Personally I'm not that angry, another problem is the distance between things, before the oilman area was close to the bank and the tree, now it's almost at the top of the mountain
Heres the reason prob the new map they make unob trolls obtaiment hard then before they have more unob trolls then obtainable thdy barely even gets any updates
they're working on the update, they didnt quit the game like people think. its gonna be (possibly) bringing back the old map and prob new trolls (along with fallen menace return maybe) Edit: shit they quit D:
Same I hope the game revives the update and map ruined more laggy less mobiles players also u couldn’t night essence and stuff and bosses were hard to find and stuff were to expensive
I play on PC and even so the map is bad, the distance between things is so absurd that it is more common to lose an important cup than to get an essence, seriously the distance means that now 70% of the gameplay is walking, jumping and use skills to go further
