I can remember working at a smorgasbord restaurant on Friday nights after school and I can remember getting off work and watching Houlihan & Big Chuck. Later after Bob Wells (Houlihan) left, the show became Big Chuck and Little John. Great memories! Thanks for sharing!!!
Yeah, grew up watching this show. I recall seeing Little John opening up his jewelry store when me and parents were driving downtown Cleveland on way to air show. 80's. Later me and mother saw little John in local pizza joint with his family. Just....memories.... I looked forward to this show as a kid. They filmed a few skits in my neighborhood in the 80's.
If you can find it, they done a skit called the certain ethnic self cleaning oven It's a riot! I grew up watching these guys, good clean comedy. Little John actually owned three jewelry stores.
Have always been curious if any other shows likes these existed elsewhere other than Cleveland, Ohio. What about other states or even other countries? Any Russian or Chinese viewers have anything they can share? Cleveland couldn't have been that lucky to have such gold.
Does anyone know or remember if they did a skit with Wonder woman... I remember something where 1 of them was a on a bench or something and wonderwoman was there or maybe a hot girl in a police uniform it was.. I don't recall.. but she went after a group the stold something or whatever.. next thing you know.. she was being chased cause she was "Hot"... if someone can remember or have a link to that.. please post
Actually, I saw channel 8 show that skit a few weeks ago. The robber ran after her. The skit was called "Blunder Woman", and they used the actual music from Wonder Woman.
