  • *Juicing Made Easy*
Achieving better health through juicing requires a bit of time and effort, but it's a rewarding process that becomes easier with practice. Initially, juicing might seem daunting, but as with any new habit, it becomes simpler and quicker over time.
On average, cleaning up takes about 5-10 minutes, while prepping the fruit, including soaking, cutting, juicing, and storing, takes about 20-30 minutes. In less than an hour, you can have 2-3 days' worth of juice. The best part is that your body will begin to change on a cellular level.
If you enjoy juicing, like I do, it can even be therapeutic. However, if you don't enjoy it or find it too time-consuming, purchasing fresh juice from your favorite juice bar is a great alternative. For those who find juicing at home a chore, remind yourself of its health benefits rather than viewing it as a burden. Our thoughts are powerful, and a positive mindset can make a big difference.
If you're unwell and lack the energy to juice, ask a family member or friend to help out once or twice a week-they'll benefit from the fresh juice too. When choosing a juicer, consider your budget. My first juicer was $75, the second $99, and the one I'm using in this video was $700, purchased using Affirm, which allows payment in four installments.
Thanks for watching! Until next time, take care.

You all DO know that when you juice, you are suppose to drink it IMMEDIATELY because the vitamins and mineral start depleting the moment you remove them from their source. The purpose of juicing is to the obtain the maximum health benefit from the vegetables as possible.

It gives me an idea to buy a juicer. I never seen celery juiced before. I have had celery with peanut butter before back at Newberry elementary. Oh but you know we have a blender at home with me. Maybe I should try that and blend veggies and fruits.
