I appreciate your philosophy and the root cause approach. A major dilemma for people with ongoing problems and those of us who have exhausted all options with standard treatment only to be told that they cant find anything wrong with us, is that so many symptoms overlap with so many conditions, but the big thing, which is definitely a more modern phenomena is the topic of autoimmunity. So many possibilities overlap. Conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, MS, lyme, and many others. It's like chasing a ghost, I'm sure there are a certain percentage that it rooted in hiatal hernia, but many seem to be more nervous system in origin, which you are well aware, is the control panel for our entire body. Many peoples problems accelerated after the events since 2020. It is almost impossible for MOST people to commit to an ongoing financial commitment on these issues. I applaud you for your efforts and have no better solutions than what you are attempting, but like I said, it's like chasing a very expensive ghost.
Dr Vikki I’ve had unexplained shortness of breath and heart palpitations for a few weeks now no serious heartburn but occasional reflux I’ve also been constipated I was just wondering if maybe u could get back to me I’ve had chest xrays that are all good getting blood work Monday

I have all of those and also tinnitus really bad and left side of my neck is uncomfortable. Feels like a vein or nerve or something being pinched or Idk? It’s hard to explain. Could those be related? Also is HBP a symptom as well??… my PCP prescribed me with Protonix for acid reflux as well as Xanax for panic anxiety that I’ve all of a sudden developed…. My cardiologist prescribed me with propranolol for hbp, palpitations and anxiety. I believe all of these symptoms are related to a hiatal hernia this whole time…
You mentioned HBP… sorry I was typing as I was listening and missed that. Everything you’re saying sounds like everything I’m dealing with. I have aortic valve regurgitation as well as sleep apnea and am now seeing a neurologist for my migraines and everyone just wants to treat with meds and it turns out we’re just treating the symptoms of underlying conditions. I have extreme medication anxiety and don’t want my body exposed or dependent on meds for a long period of time.
