Really considering contacting you. Been suffering badly for the past 4 to almost 5 years. Difficulty breathing and chest discomfort is my most concerning thing. I experience really bad anxiety with it.
Thank you Vikki. I was diagnosed with Barretts Esophagus several months ago, but no one mentioned hiatal hernia to me. However, I think I have this syndrome. Few times in my life I felt a terrible (really bad) paid around my diaphragm, which lasted about 30-60 minutes. Usually it happened after a meal and being sedentary. It sounds to me like both syndromes cause palpitations, particularly at night.
Dr vikki please, how do i reach you. Am suffering from all the symptoms, am from Nigeria. Nobody understands whats wrong with me, am having chest pain, shortness of breath. No one just understands whats wrong with me. Please Dr vikki

Does occasional puff of air coming up sound like a symptom
Does it give you the urge to burp in order to open up your airways because it feels constricted or full? I think I experience this.
