besides from being a killer guitar player, greg koch is a very good interviewer as well. very chilled and not annoying like many others are.
I'd say there are few people who can be more annoying. Greg is ALWAYS doing the cool dude act, is always onstage. it's gotta be exhausting for him.

I wonder if that new bridge they put on the Jazzmaster and Jaguar work well on a Mustang. I have been researching various Mustang and Jaguar bridges as I really want to replace my stock bridge, but still haven’t found one that truly satisfies what I’m looking for.

One day in 1959 Leo Fender accidentally vomited on one of the Strat’s. So we re-created this one off guitar with the lovely green over brown Pukeburst.

He was talking about a spare wiring setup... for $7000 to $9000 you should get 6 extra necks and 6 extra bodies, your choice of specs. In the case you feel like a change of body color, fret wire size, neck contour ect. at any moment. at that price they would still make a killing. what they're doing is straight up theft.

I think those Elite models with the neck-heel truss rod access are the ugliest truss rod access design I've ever seen. If they just want to get away from the headstock access, they would be much better off to make a side access in the heel like Warmoth does.

Isn't it amazing? If only they played themselves at this price. I got a Korean Fender Telecaster - maybe 1980's - from a pawn shop covered with decals for $75 and paid another $75 to repair the switch. It's a real "relic" in chipped black with single ply white guard and maple neck. Maybe if I were a rock star I'd pay $7 grand for a guitar to match my image.
So, all of these guitars have a few minor changes that will probably not make any significant sound or playability differences. And again, the price will go up dramatically making them out of reach for the average player. The Fender way...
All this ridiculously specific "6-hole pickguards done for one day only back in 1959" and still no slab P-bass?
