I have the pleasure of owning a Dale Wilson 63 Tele that was purchased from Peach guitars and its just simply the greatest thing I own.. so thank you guys.
Thank you for this video. And, for those decrying the price, add up how much you’ve spent on “affordable” gear the last few years. I’ll bet it adds up to a Dale guitar. If you like his stuff better, save up for awhile.
I absolutely love that reddish tele towards the end of the video, the birdseye neck is awesome! And yes I would pay the upwards of 6 ,000 $ it takes a lot of skill and work for one one these fantastic peices.
My favorite fender master builder... And, apparently, a great dude. My dream strat is/was a heavy relic Dale Wilson in black. Hope I stumble on her again when I have the cash. Thanks for this, guys. No idea how missed it when you posted it but hey... Better late than never, right? Cheers
Built my own Custom strat for 1000 USD I love Fender to be fair I don't think any of these guitar companies custom shop guitars are worth the money PRS especially Gibson known for their wonderful quality control sarcasm intended you're better off building your own custom guitar whether you want to use aftermarket parts which is far easier on a strat because other than the headstock Fender can't trademark anything else they did try Gibson is still trying to this day in 2019 referencing the dean lawsuit whether you use aftermarket license parts or if you just want to build the your own custom guitar using fully authentic parts which is possible with at least fender I'm not too sure about Gibson but to be fair or I should say unfair Gibson is overpriced no matter what you do and PRS certainly commands their price point they certainly have far better quality control than Gibson will ever have this is not an opinion this is a fact but in terms of custom guitars I think it's something you pass down to your kids your grandkids or all loved one very few reasons would be in my opinion justified in spending six grand or less on any guitar
@@mattmanley7118 matt your right if you build it yourself i think your invested in it. Theres a connection there. Ive got a 56 cs strat its a fantastic guitar i can see/feel the difference over my usa standard and my custom player mim strat. But i play the Mexican player strat the most because ive spent a lot of time setting it up sanding the neck. all that connects you to the guitar more and that make you play differently
Man that work space looks like a bank managers office so this is where the routes and hand carves the neck fit the trus rods route the body no you joking me do not insult my intelligence

Pretty cool to see carlos get his master with vince and levy. I love the team builds for this reason.
"Maximus Interruptus." Let him answer YOUR question before interrupting him with the next one!
Terrible interviewer. Whether it’s Dale Wilson or Patrick Eggle, he talks all over them.
One of your best videos. Nicely done
Great great great Dale Wilson .... I love his guitars!

A Dale Wilson strat is my dream guitar. Unfortunately I don't have a spare £6.5k!!

John traveled halfway across the world to meet Dale, his older doppelgänger! 😁🤘🏼
just ordered two dale wilson copies from aliexpress , great deal
Love his guitars,BUT have you seen Fraser guitars yet?
I like fender and fender custom shop 🎸👍
Wow. This is only the Custom Shop?
What guitar is the body Dale picks up at 6:30?
Fender Esprit - not in the regular range at the moment, so a special order, I assume
the RELICKER !!
What’s the bridge pickup Dale recommendeds @ 15:06 - Twisted Tele neck and ___ ?
Broadcaster bridge
The shop must be in heaven or stlt, his work sounds like old ones, imo. LES
the price is mad... plus for a Masterbuild there is like 2 year wait.
Love the custom shop but 6k+ for a strat? Really?

When you sell more Fender CS guitars than any other dealer on the planet.

no you joking me
do not insult my intelligence
i go sea sick by camera moving ...to fast ....
I can't fathom that all of those guitars will find a home and get played.... (wife is laughing and pointing at my 50 guitars),... just saying,...
These guys are masters. That said, I will never get the appeal of a relic guitar. Play the thing and relic it yourself....... my worthless opinion
Why do all the underling workers look scared to death? Working conditions look good... do they yell like chefs?
I thought the difference on price between American and Mexican made was the labor force but all I see is Mexican ladies doing the meticulous job. Wtf?
