Isn't anyone going to mention the Leningrad pocket at 1:30 ? Imho it deserves some credit, as not only did it kill 80k ish men, but it reduced the pressure in the area, allowing the soviets to divert some division to the centre/south.
@@saladbruh2625 Yeah I guess so, I also think it would have maked a difference if they had helped in the border. I remember from another playthrough from this channel, Germany defeated the world by conquenring Italy and using all its manpower and resources in the front instead of defending its own borders.
A great addition could be the introduction of markers indicating when a country enters the borders proper of a nation. For example, in this time lapse a mark could be added indicating when the Soviets first enter Romania, or when they cross into Germany's core territory. Great work on these, they just keep getting better!
Very good time lapse, done nicely. Also, I would advice to use “Krasnodarskiy” in the case of 3 and 4 pockets instead of Causacian as the Caucasus is more to the south
If this is meant to be historically accurate, Operation Barbarossa was launched on 22 June 1941 not 6 June. Norway was invaded by Germany in 1940 and occupied until 1945. The German offensive towards Stalingrad and the Caucasus (Fall Blau) did not begin until 1942, and there is no representation of the Continuation War between Finland and the Soviet Union during 1941-44.
I think there is a cinematic console command. If you open up a bunch of the older timelapses and check the comments on them it gets posted every now and then, or maybe it's just searchable on google.
Fantastic video as always, the quality improves each time. Perhaps you should give a specific nation minor buffs, so that they are more likely to win the war? In order to result in a more unique outcome.
It's a game so it probably would have been a bit slow and it shows at the end the Soviets advancing into the Rhine land which didn't happen they got got as far as berlin
Much of the information is manually pulled out of the game and added post production. Like. I write down the casualties every given interval and then edits into the video. It's a true pain. But I'm working on some tweaks that can do it real time ingame, which will allow me to spend more time on immersion and storytelling

It was a transportation problem - winter clothing itself was available.
You are legitimately the best HOI4 timelapser I have ever watched, and it's not even closed. I feel like I'm watching a WW2 documentary when I watch these videos; the amount of editing that goes into them is incredible. Please, keep up the great work!
We can only imagine just how drunk everyone must've been at that peace conference....
Thats great work. Thanks
Isn't anyone going to mention the Leningrad pocket at 1:30 ? Imho it deserves some credit, as not only did it kill 80k ish men, but it reduced the pressure in the area, allowing the soviets to divert some division to the centre/south.
Germans: counterattacking and advancing
Me: finally the axis win
Subtitle: The German Reich at its full extend

Wow best timelapse ever love the indicators for encirclements
Is it just me or Italy has been chilling most of the time? xD
probably wasnt called into the war until later Px
Probably didn't fight against the country it didn't share a border with.
They where guarding some allies at Africa
@@deisk2707 while Germany fought the entire world.
@@saladbruh2625 Yeah I guess so, I also think it would have maked a difference if they had helped in the border. I remember from another playthrough from this channel, Germany defeated the world by conquenring Italy and using all its manpower and resources in the front instead of defending its own borders.

Just one thing, war in Europe ended in 1945 not 1946😀
A great addition could be the introduction of markers indicating when a country enters the borders proper of a nation. For example, in this time lapse a mark could be added indicating when the Soviets first enter Romania, or when they cross into Germany's core territory. Great work on these, they just keep getting better!
Sounds cool
Very good time lapse, done nicely. Also, I would advice to use “Krasnodarskiy” in the case of 3 and 4 pockets instead of Causacian as the Caucasus is more to the south
Or Kubanskiy
Что?
Holy crap. How do you even do this. These are the cleanest, most organized... , simply the best Hoi4 timelapses on this Plattform. Keep it up man.
I love how during the entire war, Italy kept trying to capture Corsica but couldn't
This is the timelapse of a WW2 strategy game, it's not ment to be realistic or accurate.
🤓
00:5 why does the casualties go down for the axis?
0:05
Allies Axis fighting
Nazi zombies
Your timelapses are really getting great !
By the way how do you see the army divisions like this ? Is this a console command or something ?
Prob some mod
In the description it says he uses expert ai 4.0
@@heisvi9317 I don't think that's the mod used to see all the divisons on the map
Is it strange just to me see the end in March 1946? Wher is Citadel,Jupiter, lebewind?
Oh dear, it's a game ;) hearts of iron 4
Everyone praising up this time-lapse even though Norway is labeled as Allied for the duration of the war and WW2 in Europe goes well into 1946.
This is the timelapse of a WW2 strategy game, it's not ment to be realistic
is it only me or the timelapse shows that the war finished in 1946?
It's a game ;)
It's a game so it probably would have been a bit slow and it shows at the end the Soviets advancing into the Rhine land which didn't happen they got got as far as berlin
Shows Berlin captured in Dec 45 also wich is not accurate.
Could we get some of these timelapses from the multiplayer "esports/competitive" hoi4 games?
@Christopher how do you make these types of time lapses with the dates and casualties and everything
Much of the information is manually pulled out of the game and added post production. Like. I write down the casualties every given interval and then edits into the video. It's a true pain. But I'm working on some tweaks that can do it real time ingame, which will allow me to spend more time on immersion and storytelling
@@stoferr Keep up the good work!
Thanks, you could do a tutorial on how to do it once you finish the tweaks cause your vids are insane
@@stoferr You work real hard man. Love your work.

How cute. I can see the swiss doing fug all in the little corner

The Soviet Army ultimately captured Berlin. On 15 April 1945, the Soviet Union fired a massive barrage of some one million artillery shells, one of the largest in history, onto the German positions west of the Oder.
Result: Soviet arrival into Berlin
Date: 15-23 April 1945
Location: Germany

ok?
i always focus on one divison to see how the ai moves them around and i got attached to one and it got encircled :(

For a moment I thought this video depicted Operation Barbarossa but when the Germans tried to enter the Caucasus 3 times I said OH...
Superb music background man. Can i know the title of these orchestra?
11:16 cursed, just cursed.

The soviets always get scammed after defeating the germans
Nice name
This is actually amazing...I don’t know how you do it but keep on doing it!
Also I don’t know if you can but is it possible for you to do time lapses of mods, such as kaiserreich? A time lapse centered around China would be crazy no matter what happened
Hi Echi Five, check out my other videos, I have for both Kaiserreich and China
Вечная слава советскому солдату!
You actually pulled this off im surprised most of my time laps on my game they just get invaded fully by both japan and Germany
Good old pre no step back days were the Soviet ai didn’t die every time
