Out Run is a racing game released by Sega in 1991, for the Mega Drive console.
Get ready for a wild drive across every region imaginable. Reach the check points before time runs out to advance to the next stage. If you don't, you will be disqualified.
But drive carefully! Watch for slower cars on the road and hazardous obstacles off the road. Stay alert or you will crash, seriously damaging your chances of setting a speed record.

The Out Run Mega Drive port is one of the best made for a console, especially considering that the hardware is much inferior to the arcade. Technically remarkable, it contains all the playable elements of the original version, keeping all the possible scenarios and endings, and even adding an additional musical theme.
