Ollie loves Mary so much. She started to cough and he ran to her. He's making sure she's okay. Such a good boy. One day I ran to the bathroom to throw up and our youngest great dane was trying to get to me. But my dad held her back. Dogs are amazing :)

It's such a blessing to have Peter be there for you even when things get kinda icky. I dream of the day when I can have a partner who will care for me like that. Since the cause of my chronic cough is still unknown, my family still thinks I'm just being dramatic (for the last 13 years now) and I'm totally on my own for my care, even cleaning up throw up or anything else that's not "normal" or whatever. Oh well, life moves on I guess!

Don't worry Mary, you'll be able to work up to doing the way Adrian does in no time 💪🏼❤️👍🏼 and I totally understand how frustrating it is to throw up so often, I'm so nauseous all the time and I don't have hunger cues often because of my eating disorder (that I'm recovered from! 💜) so when I FINALLY feel like eating and then I throw it all up it makes me so angry. I couldn't believe how intent Ollie was trying to get on it! I know they sped up the video, but his body signals were giving off the 'me too guys!' Vibe! So it was cute to hear Peter say Ollie got the ride he was seeking!! So cute!! Dogs are awesome! 😊
I love your relationship through the struggle of cf and having such strong faith! My dad just had a pft. They discovered scarring in his lungs from vietnam and lots of dust. nothing as rough as cf but i enjoy the "shop talk". It kind of explains to me what he's going to deal with the rest of his life. Just not as sever. so my point of my rambling is thank you for being so open about everything and keep educating!

I know how hard it is sometimes to see someone doing yoga for example and you would love to do it the same way, but your body isn't capable of doing it... So awesome that you adjusted it to your body functions and pushed through it👍🏻 keep fighting Mary you're so strong😊

Hi Mary. I have Crohn's disease and today I missed a concert I really was looking forward to because my stomach was to bad. It made me very upset and disappointed. But then I watched this video and I realized that many of us have to deal with some sort of illness. It really sucks but the best thing you can do is to stay positive, and you reminded me of that. You're awesome Mary thanks for inspiring 💗💗💗

As a child I got also manual chest PT, due to the fact that I had Chronic Bronchitis!!! I did 3 times a week chest PT at the Fysio practice and the other times my mother did it!
And even now when I have a bad cold, or my hubby, I am glad that I learned to do!

Have you tried Kale chips Mary? Super yum, kale leaves pulled from the middle fibre, in a bowl put the leaves, 1 TBSPN oil (of your choice), lime juice to taste, garlic and then a seasoning called herbamere (rock salt and organic herb mix). Give that a good mix to coat the leaves. Place flat on baking tray and bake until crispy. So moorish, I promise 😀.

so cute, the pool thing with Ollie. But just beware I had a sheltie who loved getting on floats and laying in the pool with me and my hubby. He wound up getting basil cell cancer from the sun, not trying to scare you but it really can happen

Hi Freys! You should try kale chips! You put the kale on a cookie pans drizzle a little oil not too much and some salt bake it in the oven for 375 for about 10-15 min 💖🙋🏼💖

Yep I'm in Australia too. We should have the vest well we do but its $10,000 i have to settle for pep. I do my hypertonic and colistin too when I watch the vlogs each day it helps me comply.
+Sonia McKellar I don't have cf but my other chronic illnesses mean I have to remember medications to (and nebulise to) and they help me so much to get through all my meds and Nebs and exercises to :)
I have a question. I hear you talk about hyper-tonic saline all the time.. But i know that it is salt water mist of a higher concentration of salt. I know that salt draws out moisture, so with it going into your lungs it would dry it out (via coughing up the saline/mucus mix). Does this cause the mucus to come out? Is that the logic of it?
sorry for prying, I am just a curious person.
I'm also on hypertonic it actually adds water to our dry mucus the salt plus water draws water and cuts up the dry mucus to make more liquid to spit it out

my opinion is medical trash can't be helped it is mostly the ones who use a lot of stuff bit have no reason except lazy that need to feel guilty lol
