Most of what was said is true, but in my opinion Colombians are not really all that happy. Just because one smiles in the face of misery doesn't mean one is happy. Second, you forgot to mention that colombians hate to follow the law. They have a very recalcitrant attitude toward law, rules or regulations. It's a country of many laws that only a few follow.
