Honestly Max, I love the fact you stayed and help them. Part of the fun of this series for me is seeing how much a difference having a more experienced raid leader can make. I am watching to try and learn things to make my own calling better so seeing you step in and leading and explaining groups and helping people kill bosses they otherwise wouldn't is awesome.
Such a good time having you there and you def taught us a lot! I'm the priest that didn't ever give Fort, but I wanted to come and say that none of what you heard was a bit at all, that's just our usual raid night casual energy
@@baronvonwolfin4215 true, but at the same time there would be another kind of magic, of he really going undercover and maybe even revealing at the end. He could start off his stream with revealing who he is after doing the undercover raid
I actually prefered this style where you were unkown at the start but then began raid leading later on. Its crazy how much of a difference it made when you took lead and the progress they made.
This, for me, is the biggest fucking insult. Especially with the # of wipes. Using him for his experience, lie by omission, and can't even bother with fort buff. Shit's fucked yo.
If they did know the whole time, it does ruin it. but honestly in the end even if the original bit / thing he was looking for didnt come to fruition; i still liked it. The ending where he showed guidance and just the general interactions with some of his fans (or stans as they called themselves lol) was wholesome and got em pass a piece of content they were struggling on. Either way Max is a funny / good ass dude. And ive just started watching his stuff.
Totally loving this series. Especially every time you switch from joking around to just straight raid leading perfection. Keep up all the great content
Something I really noticed about this raid in particular is that they just sort of didn't have a raid leader. This video totally highlights how important a knowledgeable and commanding raid leader is.
I have played WoW for over a decade like most veterans, but in my time playing I have always been a PvP main and have always had this stigma toward raiders. After watching the complexity of higher end raiding and the fun times you had with this series, I gotta say I respect the hell out of it. Good content man, love the positivity and leadership.
I absolutely love this whole series. I've done a ton of pugs and I think you can avoid getting found out if you raid SUPER early in the morning and join some Aussie pugs. Look for players from Barthilas - I end up raiding with them a whole bunch because I work nights.
I actually like when he raid leads. Its fun to just go undercover and meme DPs, but the Raid leading is the content that helps me and entertains a little more, imo. I still watch though. Max is so wholesome.
It was cool that you helped them kill it though. I can see guilds being stuck on bosses like this for weeks sometimes, so what's an afterthought for you can be huge for them.
Love the series Max. I really think you'd benefit more by doing this off stream but respect that you want to engage your fanbase in the process. In either case this is pretty entertaining! Keep doing you bro.
i like how these episodes go... max is really funny in a cool way and chilling with heroic raiders is some of the funniest shit i have ever seen lol. i wanna see more of this
This series makes my day every time I watch. Would love to see you film one just for UA-cam without having to worry about chat ruining it, but it's so good regardless.
You need to do one of these without streaming at least once. Your twitch community clearly can't stop being children, even when you take every measure to keep them from spilling the beans. We want to see an actual undercover raid lead.
On top of this, it will also be fun if you start a group once and pug players with low or no IO score and see how well they can do with proper raid leading. Will make great content and on top of that, give less experienced players a nice shot.
@@Rob-ky1ob i really think that is an awesome idea and would have a good impact on the playerbase in the long term. like making people aware from the ground up :)
I know this is really good content for doing on stream, but if you wanna do it right at least once, you gotta do it off stream. But i love it regardless, great series!
the series is awesome, i love how you help them without being rude or arrogant :) u had no chance in our group tho. too many people know about you as well :D being stuck on inerva mythic sucks >.> guess we need more practice and more dmg
This is the first video in the series where you actually did have to raid lead in order for them to kill the boss. This is by far your best vid in the series because it's actually what you were wanting to do. Join a struggling guild and then after a few attempts take over and help them out.
I sub for this stuff. I don't even play wow. I play FF but Raiding is raiding and I low watching a top level player go in and help. I don't even care that they know (though yeah its cooler they don't) its all in good fun and helps people enjoy the game.
This may be my favorite youtube series of all time.
I just wish the chat would stop leaking it to the guilds until the end of the run so we could get more of the actual content lol
Uberdanger holds that tittle but this is fuckin great lol
True
Its good but will only be good for so long our true neckbeard lord would even let us know
Totally agree.

I never fort either, part of the reason my alt is a DH lol.

this is a genuine question, no judging. But how do you forget the most basic and arguably most used buff/spell of that class in a heroic raid? xD
@@flodderr Heroic raids are filled with dogshit players. It's why they're not just doing Mythic.
I love the series. I only think it would go more smoothly if you did the undercover off stream

big agree but i feel like some of the magic would be gone cuz he doesnt need to entertain chat

YES ! this is what this series should look like, you, actually leading them, great
"I literally sound like my transmog."
I feel like these videos are just an advertisement for why you should play wow.
Pin it, Max. PIN IT.
before your comment i wouldn't even think about it that way, but you are SO ON POINT

So good :)
Something I really noticed about this raid in particular is that they just sort of didn't have a raid leader. This video totally highlights how important a knowledgeable and commanding raid leader is.
It was a true honor to be raid led by THE Limit Max. Long live Thundercraig.

what a nice, wholesome reveal at the end, them knowing all along

I love how much you seem to be enjoying yourself too. Awesome series!
Love the subtitles when he started singing. Great series.
This was one of the best ones! Doing a good job to raise the profile and awareness of yourself and Limit guild.

I agree with everyone else that this series is awesome. Its so dope when u take command after a couple of tries!
I lowkey look foward to these videos more than any other content on youtube. ruined or not. just awesome videos.
