I *love* the Jungle Adventure pack and play with it often. I like to take my sims on honeymoons there, make it a part of role playing drug lords, and also often use it for either rags to riches (an adventurer gathers the treasures to sell in a shop back home) or scenarios (like no skills no problem). The waterfall is a perfect proposal spot.

Love the guide as always. The first time my sim got poisoned I decided to play for a cure not look it up and oh the stress. One thing I do with this and granite falls is try to play a legacy family that has to make enough money while on vacation to keep extending the vacation for as many generations as possible. There is no angry fruit in the tree of emotion The gear that comes with this pack works great for extending your stay on the top of the mountain, a secret lot, fishing, trying to complete collections. I have some obsessed fans use it to camp out the sims awards. Also if you leave treasure or pictures in the museum it will upload to the gallery as a build with custom content. So make sure you explain in the description that content. I have a very rich sim who turned the second floor of his home into a gallery with all the variations of each type of treasure in its own case. I also buy the decor and toys and give them out as winterfest gifts and if my sim marries someone from this region at least 1 week a year they must come back so the kids know their heritage. Love love love this pack and the fact you can play both the sims at the house and those out exploring at the same time for so long. It has the biggest open world feeling and i wish they'd revisit that concept.

You can make a haunted house in Selvadorada and move a Sim there. Once you leave Selvadorada though the house might lose all it's furnishings so it's important to stay there until you're done playing there. Saves the cost of vacation.
You can also get the locals to create an antidote for you! If you have bone ash in your inventory from exploring the temple you can give a local the bone ash and they will use it to create an antidote!
I love Jungle Adventure. It is by far my favorite pack, despite not going to the jungles of Selvadorada very often. The build and buy as well as CAS have many of my favorite things. And as far as the Creepy Crawlies lot trait, I almost always use it. It just adds a bit more fun!
For every rental lot I build, I always make rental lots require one television in every bedroom, exactly one computer, and exactly one hot tub. The purpose of the computer is to serve as a check in point for the rental lot as well as to check in for a flight going home. I upgraded the rental lots with luxurious items from the High School Years pack, Luxury Party Stuff, and the Desert Luxe Kit as well as appliances from the Home Chef Hustle stuff pack. Using all the build mode items from all four packs as well as the Nifty Knitting and My First Pet stuff packs made the rental lots even more enjoyable in addition to using luxury beds. Of the packs I have the only ones I ever purchased were High School Years and Nifty Knitting Stuff; the rest were obtained for free during promotions or (for the Home Chef Hustle and Goth Galore Kit) giveaways.
Although I own this pack I haven't explored (pun intended) it nearly as much as I should. I typically just use it as an alternate vacation destination. My Sim will also sometimes get asked on a date and end up going to the bar in the town. Its worth staying for the food, drinks and dancing. Thanks for another great video on this pack. I remember when I first got this pack I made an Indiana Jonnie sim with an entire house built with the BB from the pack and filled her house with relics and artifacts she found in the temples and it was so much fun, but never got to complete the temples. And I put HOURS into that play, it really can take up an entire sims life and you’ll probably still find new things they didn’t get the chance to complete

Excellent video guide once again. I’m gonna be doing the museum idea. I also like gameplay that doesn’t limit to one family. A museum full of Selvadorada artifacts sounds so good.
Honestly this pack is great for making a Indiana Jones type character I dunno but for some reason the whole "aged adventurer" archetype is just so good
My sim got cursed with the sneezing sickness from choose the wrong option trying to deactivate a passageway in the temple. She went home and spread it to nearly everyone in the house before I realized it.
When I have sims explore the ruins, I make them take some camping stuff (from outdoor retreat) with them and set up camp outside or even inside the ruins.
I do hope they refresh the pack to make the vacation worlds liveable. I can't for the life of me figure out why they did that. I guess to make them more special? But it's kinda pointless when you can now vacation anywhere now. I also for get they exist because they are kinda hidden and it sucks.
One time I wanted to build a Selvadorada Museum. Problem was: I could find the treasures with the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat but not the artifacts you get from archaeology. Maybe I just missed them. But all I found was the dirtpiles you get them from. My solution: another one of my households in a different save collected all the artifacts and treasures and stored them in their house. I copied their house into the new save. Then I let a random sim move in and put all the collectables in his inventory. Just so I could travel to an empty lot and build my Selvadorada museum with the artefacts. After that I saved the museum in my library, if I ever want to use it again. Then I deleted the random sim and my former household's home. Now I could finally let my new household visit a museum about the treasure and archaeology of Selvadorada.
For number 10 I tend to stick to a schedule from Sunday-Sunday: Sunday is arrive at selvadorada between noon-1 pm with rental entry granted at 4 pm Monday is explore all areas of jungle minus royal baths Tuesday is swim in royal baths Wednesday is temple exploration Thursday is a rest day at the villa Friday is either a rest day or a museum visit Saturday is a final rest day and we have to leave the villa by 7 am so that we can leave selvadorada at 9 am on Sunday
My story was she started in San myshuno where she met her husband. She was turned by vlad and made 10 vampires I made her unable to have kids so all her kids were who she turned. The karaoke legends were so mean to Darling so my sim took her in too and turned her. Her husband enter the scientist career where he was abducted by aliens and had twin boys, Zim from invader sim and Lloyd from Lloyd in space. He cloned himself and my sim and they had 2 twin girls...mermaid and wizard were my plans. Unfortunately my husband kept getting abducted by aliens and had a another boy Kif from futurama. Sadly my ps4 died and my game was soo glitchy tht I wasn't able to have jedi alien kids. :(

Order the drinks as well, your sim can learn them too

I once had a glitch where the tree of emotion grew all berry types, was good for juice fizzing.
Many of mine do that after a while. They start as all one type, but after a few harvests, I’ll get an assortment of berries.
