The rarity of WCH e bells are quite rare.
Certainly depends on the state you are in.
On the UP you want to run screaming from them. I have heard to many. But I actually have an ASC e bell in my home town which is just luck

Yeah, it's great for them as the voltage and amperage can be fine-tuned to what each bell needs.
