She just needs to show her legs in stockings and people will already buy her. But in order to sell such units as Kurian, Jake - they need to be top 1 in order to be bought.

Only players who have pumped the operator's passive to the maximum will be able to benefit from her. (A passive that grants 20% ground damage reduction.) To pump this passive to the maximum, you need to spend about 1100 blue tickets only on operators. As a result, only 1% of all players will be able to play Maestra and win.
