Arkansas Children’s Helps Young Adults Find Purpose with Project SEARCH Career Training

Each year, a class of young adults with developmental disabilities learns how to achieve career success in the professional environment at Arkansas Children’s. Through Project SEARCH, a partnership with ACCESS and Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, this unique internship program prepares young adults for the workforce. Many of them past patients, the interns find purpose and fulfillment through the year-long program.
