The only reason I think jumbo Josh stands up his first time in chapter 7 is because on the drawing as we see in every chapter, we see him standing up, and it makes sense of him being stand up for the first time in chapter 7

The mural that syringeon has in his hospital at the end of GOBB 7 has the sticker over blue banban to cover it because he is meant to be forgotten. The red banban we know isnt even called banban. In GOBB 6 bittergiggle even said he gets ticked off when being called that. His real name is Uthman. The blue one's real name is Banban. BUT THAT'S JUST A THEORY
