It’s funny you said you’ve never heard anything like this & that you’re impressed by the synth distortion effect on his voice. You should listen to “this is what autumn feels like” by him, the verses seem a little similar. Also listen to the song “can we pretend that we’re good?” By Daniel Seavey. This song makes me think of like a mixture between these 2 songs.

To me golden hour is a little overrated im not hating on it but all the students in my class love it and i like it too but it is kinda overated
