I have PTSD and have overwhelming anxiety when I'm falling asleep, in fear of the intense flashback nightmares I sometimes get. This has the ASMR effect on me, while also making me feel that I'm in a safe place with you/a sister, and getting my mind to think about the story instead of being stuck in my head. I can't even explain how grateful i am to you for making these. Thank you for making a difference in a stranger's life. Also, I'm definitely suggesting these to other trauma survivors!

i hate storms, they give me anxiety. this video surprisingly makes me feel warm and comforted. it doesn’t give me usual effects (sleepiness, tingles every now and then), but it calms me. i think it’s the comforting reminder of reading this book in 7th grade and the warm look of your room/the background
