I’m not a mama yet.. not planning any time soon just yet -but I love watching your videos so much. Positivity is flowing and the realness.. your family is gorgeous and I love how the little boys LOVE on their baby sisters . Love love love this channel x
You are so calm Lucy. How do you do it! Absolutely incredible you are so made for motherhood. ❤️❤️
Emma Hughes thank you so much ❤️❤️
The first time I've heard an influencer mention that sleep positioners like Sleepyheads are not recommended for use, to add; at all by the NHS, FDA or The Lullaby Trust. Thank you for responsibly mentioning this. As a medical professional (and being 28 weeks pregnant) it is terrifying to see so many of these advertised in 'baby must haves' with no mention of the increased potential risk in using these products.
Your absolutely smashing being a mum of 4, you look incredible hope your feeling well physically and mentally. Motherhood was made for you, such a natural, you make it look so easy you seem so calm and relaxed 💗💗
Your back pain could be from your epidural. Mine started a week after leaving the hospital. It's horrid and lasted a year. I didn't know that back when I had my baby. Hope you get it sorted love
I would maybe recommend turning the mama roo off when baby is actually asleep because you may find they get too used to it and need motion all the time xx
Kirsty Allan I did consider that but they are absolutely fine at night with no motion. So all good at the moment :) xxx
Lucy - I would love to donate money to your local NICU. I have seen first hand how much work the nurses and doctors do whilst they looked after my nephew and how much they look after all the babies. If you do decide for example to do a gofundme page I will 100%donate. Well done darling (also if the breast pump goes up for a bidding or something I'd bid on it for my sister)
You're amazing🌹
Zoë thank you SO much. How kind of you, I am really touched! I’m sharing all details via IG ❤️❤️❤️
Aww i don't have instagram. Are people on UA-cam not part of it?xx
You continue to amaze me. I love your videos and how humble you are. The twins are precious and you are rocking it being a new mom of twins. Please remember to rest. You aren’t healed as of yet as I’m sure you know. Just take care of yourself love. ❤️❤️❤️
I’m now 39+2! I’ve been watching your videos for so long now, so helpful and so interesting to watch 💜
So lovely of you to give away to a new mum. My daughter is having 5th child, so me nanny is having another grandaughter. Your a lovely mummy. And I think it's lovely of you giving money back nico they do amazing job, and sometimes there job can be so hard and emotional. You have a lovely family Lucy. ❤
Lisa Hart thank you Lisa ❤️❤️
My baby days are over but I wish I had someone like you who is so informative and easy to listen to think you are amazing xxx
I'd love a 4moms just cant bring myself to pay that much for one x the twins are stunning cant wIt for my boy to be born thursday
Thankyou for helping the nicu my 2nd was a 27 weeker and we spent 13 weeks there we still do fundraisers n buy preemie clothes n nappies for them when we can
OMG, you are amazing. I just have to say how brilliant this video is, I love the way you explain everything and make it all seem fun and exciting and totally doable. Even if you only had the girls it would be amazing, but to also have the two boys and work going on in the bathroom, huge pat on the back Lucy. Well done x
I totally love watching ur videos Lucy 💕💕
We found out we’re having twins as well! My anxiety has been through the roof bc we prepared for one and now everything has doubled. Daycare is going $1400 for both plus having to buy everything else. We are both very happy and grateful but cannot help but the be overwhelmed!
This is such a thoughtful thing to do. My little girl also spent some time on the Dyson suite at the RUH 4 years ago & we donate to the Forever Friends Foundation every year instead of sending Christmas cards once we heard that the average cost of a bed in there costs the NHS over £2000 per day! xx
Have just found your channel since you birth video and I’ve been binge watching 💕💕
I’m 5months and I’ve found your channel so informative and relatable.
Kristin Fagan thank you so much ❤️❤️
Lucy you are such a beautiful, caring down to earth person that is such a kind thing to do you are amazing ❤️
You are the sweetest!! 😊🌸😊🌸 your boys are adorable 😊💙😊💙 the girls are beautiful 😊💗😊💗
I used the MAM orthodontic dummies/ soothers for my daughter, who had her dummies much longer than the recommended time, they are fantastic as they make an 18-36 months soother that is flat and prevents damage to teeth. My daughters dentist said he wouldn’t have realised she had a dummy if I hadn’t been concerned and asked him. I am so glad that I chose those! I initially bought the MAM soothers because the tiny/ newborn size was much better for my tiny baby girl who weighed less than India when we brought her home. She didn’t take to any other brands.
I agree with the MAM bottles. My youngest is 1 month old and he loves the bottles and the pacifier as well. I like how the bottles can be self sterilised
we are due our third baby in august and I have known that I would like a mamaroo for ages but hummed about it but you have just sealed the deal on me getting one and also the MAM bottles too, so thank you! your family is just beautiful x
When my minnie was in the NICU they actually gave her a dummy as it can promote healthy breathing. And as stated by the lullaby trust it actually reduces the chance of SIDS
Ooo I didn’t know that, tfs 🌼
Not sure why dummies are controversial either. We weaned our daughter when she was 5 months because we had to replace it 8+ times a night from 3 months. We got the maam ones in nice colours in Asda and Boots x
Did you know the mam bottles are self sterilising? You unscrew the bottom, put the right amount of water in, put the teat in, tie the bottom back to the bottle and put the cap over the top. Then put it in the microwave for I think it's 3 minutes! Dead handy if you're out or away
i love the MAM bottles and dummies❤️ my daughter is 8 months old and she has uses them since birth.. love the fact they come with lovely design patterns! I have all pink.. if you want try your local Boots..Asda.. or supermarkets that where i get mine normally retails for £5 a dummy
Loved this Lucy, very informative and honest! I have 10 weeks to go until my baby arrives and 16 weeks until my wedding 🙈 The Elvie pump looks amazing - just not sure I can justify the cost. Having a baby costs a small fortune doesn’t it! You are so lucky to be kindly gifted some of the items ♥️
Emily Anne I totally understand. I am very lucky! Which is why I want to give back and give it all away & raise some money for nicu whilst I can. I’ll also be giving away my elvie pumps (cleaned & sterilised obviously) so 3 in total! ❤️❤️❤️
Lucy Jessica Carter will keep a look out for the fundraising for nicu, so pleased your girls are doing ok now 👍🏻 xx
Oh and the steriliser, you can stick all of the mam bottles in the microwave without a steriliser (set up in the sterilising position with the water in the base) for 3 mins! I'm sure you know that but just making sure.. Saves waiting 15 mins x
I just found out that I’m expecting twins July 2020 and your videos have helped me plan for their arrival. Everything you have, I have put on my registries. I absolutely love you and your beautiful family.
Having my first baby boy in may, love all the must haves you use and love watching all your videos!👶🏻❤ you are an amazing mum. 💫
I love your videos! I just feel like you and your family are so down to earth and just real. Absolutely love watching your channel so refreshing 🥰
Wishing you the best in your motherhood journey! I just had my little one a few months ago! More power to you to have two at once!!! We have the 4moms too, she really likes it.
What’s Jenson and Jesse’s middle names if they have one? Xxx
For whatever reason our son did not like the mamaroo but he loved the traditional swing that would go side to side.
I agree Lucy I don't know why dummies are so controversial, each to their own, every parent has the right to decide what's best for their own child. My eldest never took to a dummy either but my younger two both had MAM dummies and I used to get lots of girly colours in Mothercare xx
I remember hiding my Daughter's dummy when our health visitor was due! She said oh dont be silly, we actually recommend them etc. I was relieved 😁
My son was in nicu in Salisbury glad you are supporting them.
What a lovely thing to do Lucy doing give aways with the things when you are finished using them x
Thanks so much for the product reviews Lucy💕 My "first" grandchild is due in a month, so it really comes in handy!!!
that zoom is a great pram I had it when my twins were babies they're 9 yrs now
My granddaughter is a year old now but she absolutely LOVED her Mamaroo
The twins don't like identical at all! I can tell the difference between them both so easily! They are both sooo cute 😍x
How beautiful are those prints on the sleepyhead.!! Loving all your new born videos thank you so much for sharing Im 36 weeks with my baby girl and cannot wait!!! Xx
I still can’t believe they are here. 😍😍😍

My sisters baby girl had a sleepy head which she was always supervised in ( recently due to the regulation changes) when she posted a photo on fb of baby in sleepy head there was so much critisiscm! It was sad all anyone wanted to do was criticise her! Baby is now nearly 1 and very well! My oh and I are at the talking about babies stage at the moment and I'm loving these reviews! :) congratulations Lucy and Jordan! I'm a long time follower I love your channel and elles channel. Jenson and Jesse are adorable and now you are blessed with 2 beautiful girls. I wish you all the luck and happiness in the world xxx
The Elvie pump is amazing isn't it! I did the review with Channel Mum when Roma was a baby and loved it! I should start using it again for her sippy cups as she doesn't like cows milk haha!
Yessss. As someone feeling overwhelmed by what to buy in the next year or so, this is super helpful haha. 😘
I get my baby’s mam dummies from Asda and boots x
I have the bouncer...my little girl loved it so much! I also love the carrier too. Such simple designs x
So precious😭😍🥰 Your whole family is so pure and lovely! Love you all❤️
This is a great video!!!! I’m 30 weeks with my first. So helpful!
We have something similar to ur sleepy head in America called the dock-a-tot. Our AAP don't recommend using a sleep positioner at all for sleeping or napping. The worry is the baby can roll and suffocate on the sides. Best place for a baby to sleep is a crib (free of bumper pads, pillows and any loose bedding), a bassinet or a portable play yard. :)
Wow the lie flat feature on the car seat is amazing! i wish my maxi cosy one did that! x
Congratulations lucy on your bewtifull daughters roseabella looks like katie India is like you 💚💚
Omg you are beautiful 😍😍😍😍 thanks for these videos!!! Super helpful!!!
You look so well and happy x
Just found out that I'm pregnant with twin girls......having missed feeling of happiness and frightened... Hope to be fine
Congratulations 😊
congratulations momma, it’s a blessing
@@laishachaparro1368 thanks
Congratulations! How was it 😊
@@dionnelouisegoodman2756 it’s been very good but stressful at the same time with everything going on and having to do everything by myself and husband. The boys don’t know anyone apart from us which is sad but we are getting on fine
You can get mam dummies in all supermarkets. Also the fred and flo ones from Tesco are the exact same (my daughter doesn't notice the difference) and they're a fraction of the price! For car seats babies shouldn't be in them for more that 30 minutes before 6 weeks and maximum of 2 hours after 6 weeks, this is the same for in the car as well as when attached to the pram! Also for the next stage car seats look at swedish plus tested ones, they're some of the best you can get!
Asda had loads of the dummies in different colours I got a pack at the weekend of two one is pink and one is white. They was on an offer also I think they was two packs for £8 (4 dummies)
What pillow insert do you use in the bassinet so they don’t roll over since the dockatot requires supervision now.
The MAM bottles are self sterilising! If you google it or UA-cam it you will see how to do it. Just put water in the bottom of the bottle with the teat and then put the lid on the bottle and bang it in the microwave for two mins I think it is x
Tesco ASDA boots etc sell mam dummies, also the anti colic bottles self sterilise in the microwave if you didn’t know x
Couldn’t image the twins without there rose sleepyhead !!
Beautiful girls 😍❤️🥰
Always a fan of your family
This was usefull I just had a baby I will check out few things hope twins are well and you your looking fantastic for mum of 4 your doing really well xxxx
thank you so much lucy ❤️ we're expecting twins and to me everything is new (its my 2nd pregnancy), thank you for helping us getting what we need! ;)
Rosabella looks like Katie’s twin❤️
I think so too! So cute 💖
That's what I thought!! The minute I seen her on Lucy's Instagram story I instantly thought the same x
Roseabella is katies double ❤
OMG rosabella I see Jessie when she was on the floor there x
We had our girls 1 day apart! My second daughter (called a Winter Rae) was born on 21st so the day after! I totally agree on the sleepyhead, mam bottles, the car seats and the steriliser!! I use a medela breast pump because Elvie are a little out of my price range but they look amazing! Love this and feel like I’m following the journey with you completely having had our girls days apart and it being my 4th as well as your 3rd and 4th!! Xx
Im due april love this very helpful
The Elvie pump looks so good! Want one due my 2nd little girl April 1st🥰
I want one too lol!! My third is due either late July or early August (all being well, it's early days), I always struggle to maintain my supply so I've been told it would help to pump as well as feed. I absolutely cannot afford the £450 price tag for it though!! Ouch!
It’s 30 mins max in the car seat for newborns and 2 hrs for when they’re a bit older (it might be longer for a lie flat seat though- you’ve got the best type of car seat possible!)
You may have a bad back if you’ve got quite bad abdominal separation. I’d really recommend getting a mummy mot from a physio! Postnatal Pilates and pelvic floor exercises may really help too xx
Hi Lucy I’ve just came across your channel and now I’m obsessed 😍 congrats on your twins xx
They sell MAM Pink dummies pack 2 in Superdrug for £6.39. The cheapest place I’ve seen MAM dummies and they definitely sell pink as I buy them online and in store at Superdrug all the time. Definitely head to Superdrug website. You twins girls are truly beautiful, congratulations to you all. Can I just say how super amazing you are with the twin girls, you are so relaxed around your twin daughters and it’s so lovely to watch you interact with your daughters 💖💖
Oh my goodness I would LOVE the elvie pump 😍 I had my twin girls on the 30/12/19 they are still in the NICU now as they were born at 33 weeks! They are doing well but will be in there for a little while yet! I would have loved the elvie pump but it was out of our price range would love the chance to have one! So hard to get enough milk for the girls whilst being plugged into the wall and trying to fit pumps around going forwards and backwards to see the girls 💖💖💖xxxxxx
Wishing your twins well! I was born at 21 weeks and I'm getting ready to celebrate my 30th later this year :) xx
Hi Lucy!
I have just found out my mother-in-law is going to surprise us with the mummaroo4. After watching your video I’m so excited 😆
So lovely to see you all doing so well ☺️ Amazon have some “girly” mam dummies, pink giraffe/zebra but boots also do some with bunnies on! ❤️❤️
Nice to see you again 🌹💖 you look amazing 👍🏻
Gorgeous they have changed so much there too cute 😍😍
Boots have an offer on at the moment 2 packs for £8 mam dummies. There was pink ones in my local store. Xx
Did you know that you can put the mam bottles in the microwave because they are self sterilising, I had tommee tippee with first son, but my daughter and second son just wouldn't take them and we used mam everything now I swear by them 💙💜💙 your girls are adorable and lads are so sweet x
Congrats to you both on your beautiful daughters. You can pick up the mam dummies in asda if you are still looking.
Hi Lucy, I’m new to your channel and I absolutely love watching your videos. Congratulations on your twin girls, they are gorgeous. On the official MAM website they have different colour dummies including pink ones. Lots of love ❤️
The twins are so adorable x
Your girls are beautiful congratulations and I love all of your videos x
Love your videos Lucy & family 😊 you look so well Lucy x
I have a 3 week old Grayson and it is my first time having the mamaroo after 4 other children I have used joie x
Hey, im due soon, my main concern is the night time to either get a crib or a travel cot. The snuz pod is great i wasn't sure but do you get the girls to share that for time being or have you got 2 of them? As obvious reasons im unsure if they both can fit for the first 4/6 months
Good for you. Some of the other old channel mum bloggers take note!
I loved this video so much 💜 xx
I picked up mam dummies in baby pink and another set in grey from asda last year ❤
I’m new to your channel and absolutely love your videos. Would you be doing a Q and A video
Our LB didn't take to the mamaroo at all. Found it loud ish too.. We sold ours after a month or so. But glad it worked for you as they do look great x
I've just purchased that feeding pillow!! Looks perfect 😍
By the way Lucy, You look AMAZING 😚💞💞😄
What lipstick are you wearing?
We’ve gone with the Snuzpod too, seem like a great middle ground! Baby due in a couple of weeks so hope to do a video like this, so helpful!! 💗💗xxx
use dhl delivery if you want not only local pick up
xx
I’ve been looking for the car seats you have but I can’t find any am having twins in June will they ship to Texas ????
