- Welcome to my Blackburn Rovers rebuild in Football Manager 2023, the 20th FM23 one-off rebuild on this channel where I have rebuilt Blackburn in the English Championship (or at least attempted to!) - can we take them to the top of English football again?

Hey Jake, i love these kinds of videos, but sometimes i feel like 5 years isn't enough to really build something, maybe try one for some more years if u can/want. And also an idea for a rebuild is the Dutch club FC Emmen, they are the only professional club from their respective province in the Netherlands and they have gotten promoted twice, and just been relegated for the second time. So would be interesting if you could get them to success.

Not sure what old mate us in about funding the next Alan shearer..... he was sold to Blackburn Not much befire his 22nd birthday, having already become an English international and was a brittish record fee.....
Off the top of my head can't think of any English players who woukd fit that but basically it's like signing a Sesko or in a couple of seasons holjund

I don't know if you do many lower league rebuilds but I support St Albans as a local and theyre in the league below the national league. Dk if this could be something you did and no problem if not and keep up the good work! (If not another suggestion could be a mid table french league team like OGC Nice?) Congrats on 20k!
@jakeCooperfm great video as always. I found a player how seems to slip under the radar and has done well in the last few saves i have got him in. Eyup Aydin and bayerns 2nd team only 18 but his stats are fantastic and he's in game seems to be really good to

Can you do a Birmingham rebuild? I tried it and got sacked in season 2, it's so hard with the transfer embargo. But we've just had a takeover in real life Nd things are looking up, be interesting to see what you do with the fm23 team

Can you do a fc Groningen save. They have been a midtable side in de dutch eredivisie for years, but they had a bad year and got relegated to the second division.
They have also created a lot of talent such as Arjen Robben and luis Suarez.

What’s the story with them?
@@JakeCooperFM was in administration for a few years early 2000s then got back to back promotion from League 2 - Championship and arguably got the best goal in playoff final history, check it out Rotherham vs Leyton Orient, they been a yo-yo club from championship to league 1 but last season was first season the stayed up with arguably the best chairman in the league not really the richest but most loyal he helped Rotherham from administration and a local buisness man
