For 2 weeks off of Sea of Thieves, I think we did pretty goodGood to see you folks on UA-cam again You know the drill, make sure to follow the Twitch > www.twitch.tv/mixelplx
Me and friend were on a sloop and there was a fort of fortune. No one got anything on the fort done because there was a constant three-way ship battle (two brigs and our sloop)
One time I was stacking world events and this one sloop came back not once not twice not three times not four times not five times not six times not seven times but eight times before we finally finished the FoF and they gave up
Yikes, I'd be embarrassed after sinking the 2nd time, going for an 8th round is absolutely shameful, at that point simply taking the L is the right choice to make instead of being downright annoying, good job on crapping in them.
Hi Mixel, what do you think of the increased amount of planks available on ships? I kind of prefered when ships only had 15 planks, that way ships that returned for a second rumble would have a disadvantage that could deter them from coming back, or at least force them to stock up first.
A sloop kept attacking my brig repeatedly while i was doing a FoF, the fact that they kept respawning at the closest outpost too didnt help, we had to sink them atleast 5 times, and they still came after us while we were selling, after sinking them for the last time while on reapers hideout, we started (albeit, extremely toxic) callim them out on voice chat and playing music on their sinking ship before leaving.
Some crews just don't quit. I used to do attrition warfare against them. Fighting at long range so they missed many shots, wasting their ammo and time, so when I would eventually sink them they would be less determined to come back. Can't really do that anymore.
I'm not gonna lie you but, you're like a amazing legendary bounty hunter pirate Why I said "bounty hunter"?? I said it because you get a lot of treasures (of Fort, vogayes, skeletons' ships, monsters, shipwrecks, ghost ships, etc.), you destroy the Skeleton bosses, you kill other pirates enemies, etc. And you're like an inmortal pirate because you never die. I mean, you're so cool 👍👍
i like this stuff but when i see a ship doing a WE or fotd ect i just put my ship into a spin and keep shooting out to the island to TDM them, usually they don't like it cuz sword havers cant compete with pistol snipe TDMer on a fort
0:15 you got some sus clips my dude. 4:35 "it feels like there's a galleon nearby" what does that even mean? i've played this game 2000 hours and never once "felt a galleon nearby" you' have esp bruh
Galleons cause lag bro he was saying it was a laggy server. That’s also why he said that the sloop might have had a ton of loot OR that a galley was near by
@@MixelPlx ah, cool cool. Is there a way to find what your setup is? If not plz make a video! I’m sure many ppl would love knowing what one of the best SoT players setup is :0
I got this idea, you know when people use sailor title to troll that they are noob but they are absolute tryhards, why doesnt people use Black pearl as their ship name for same reason?
While people that come back a hundred times are annoying. I wish more people would come back in general. The amount of people that quit after sinking or even just getting boarded after losing a broad is such a bummer.
I personally gauge the value in coming back and my chances of actually being able to do something different. I'm new to the game and I solo sloop a lot because I have no friends so when a Galleon or Brig roles up on me and absolutely decimates me, I'm not coming back. There's no point, I'd accomplish nothing but wasting time. Another sloop is hit or miss, some people are just really good and leagues ahead of me in ability so it's pointless for me to try, the result would be the same and it wouldn't even serve as good practice to just get absolutely stomped over and over again. Just not fun so might as well just accept it and move on.
Since you lose all the supplies, it's hard to have (usually) the will and time to come back with a stock ship against one full of supplies, it is in the nature of the "session games", you sank, go on a new server and start over or close the game.
I think it's lame to have to sink the same crew multiple times. If anything ships should respawn on a different server so there's actual punishment for sinking.

Crazy how an anchor ball can end a huge battle like that

What are those sails ?! They are insane !
Those sails that I use are from year one, called The Wilds sails which were given out as a 1 of 3 during Cursed Sails(when skeleton ships were added).
@@MixelPlx Oh ok thx !
Most entertaining SOT video I’ve ever watched great stuff 😊

hi what tattoo are you using mixel?
i havent watched you in probably a year, as well as not playing sot in that time too, but this video was enjoyable
"Pace is that you?" 😂
Hi Mixel, what do you think of the increased amount of planks available on ships? I kind of prefered when ships only had 15 planks, that way ships that returned for a second rumble would have a disadvantage that could deter them from coming back, or at least force them to stock up first.
I think if a ship sinks in the same server around 2-3 times, then they get kicked out of the server like they do for hourglass

Wailing Barnacle, the original version of it from year one.
@@MixelPlx Thanks

i'm more influenced by rust than sot, so no.
I don’t even play SoT anymore but I’ll watch some mixel pvp when I see it. Might get back into the game at some point.

@@MixelPlx just shows how good the content is, I don’t even play the game anymore and watch pretty regularly

Yo didn't Fara quit sot? Why is he sailing again

Bone Crusher Tattoo's from year one.

Yeah I wish they just made ships that sunk swapped servers or something, fighting the same brig/galleon 4+ times for one fof is annoying
Bro your is laggy? I play on a slideshow 😂… what’s your setup?
for some reason, this fort was super laggy. luckily, it didnt show up on the viewer end of things.

I dont agree with this, after having an experience where i had to sink the same ship for the 6th time, i absolutely despise this idea.
