Any advice on how to discover the actual root behind the symptom that you mentioned? I'm in the deepest valley of my life right now, and drowning every day.

Ask the Lord in prayer to give you discernment of the root based on His Word. 2.) Seek advice from wise counselors. Ask safe, godly people who know you well to weigh on what they are seeing in your life. 3.) Stay in the Word through daily Bible reading and sitting under the preaching of the Word 4.) Designate an intentional time to fast and pray over this specific issue. 5.) Journal it out. Write out your thoughts about the season and why you may be encountering this valley. We hope this helps. I went from being very passionate about scripture memory, beginning to recite for my home church (and on my UA-cam channel), and taught a class that the spirit used to increase the number of my church family who have included scripture memory into their life....
