My problem is the fishing animation part. I always let them get away. Something’s wrong with how fast or how long I have to hold the key. I’m really confused
Went on a bit of a fish frenzy - 30 fish is 200 gems - 300 fish caught is the final level of that quest for 200 gems, 100 points - Rare fish goes to atleast 45, which is 80 gems, 300 points - Gold fish goes to atleast 120, which is 80 gems, 300 points Also, if you are trying to catch them all, once you get all gold for a fish spot it tells you on the map, so you dont have to check every spot
The quest that isn't linked to the event in Growth Trials also gives gems for catching different amounts of fish species. I don't remember all of them, but they are quite generous. Zeeebo currently is at 150 gems for for 15 different species, I'm currently at 200 gems for 27 different species and there are 30 different species in total. So the last quest for 30 different species of fish probably gives 250 gems. :)
It looks to me that there are two difficulties for fishing animation. One starts about 60% full, and strong pull fills around 50%. This is always a silver or gold common fish. One starts around 25%, and strong pull fills around 25%. This is always a silver or gold rare fish. If you don’t get an animation it is always a basic common fish. Looks like god or silver is just chance, am guessing 25% gold.
Oh, and I don’t think you can manipulate the rng to your advantage. Even in a lucky fishing spot I only ever got the common silver or gold, not the rare, after letting a fish go, even if it would have been a rare.
@@chriswheeler8143 I came to the same conclusion of the fishing bar, but was able to keep recasting in the golden spots to get a rare fish consistently. It just takes a long time to get all rare catches.

It's not that complicated. It's easy to fish and when you get that animation for silver and above, you will get that fish no matter what. But yea, one day and I've almost got all the special ones.
why do you even need a guide to fish? Lmao.just fish anywhere you want daily and eventually you will get all of the rewards.theres more than enough time (40 days) unless youre a big slacker
@@BlazenHazen305 It works just fine on the iPad. I’m getting some rare ones as well. It took me a couple of tries to figure out the mechanics since there weren’t any tutorials when I started, but it’s very possible.

Just finished 100% in all 4 zones! and got my frame/ i'd glady trade for a bikini if that was an option!
complete the fishing challenge in about 3 days Just need to catch three gold level fish and I will be complete the fish dex I love fishing
there is at least one fishing spot inside the cave. it is beggar's cavern.
I found one in Dusty Cave as well.

On mobile it’s almost impossible I never got anything higher than silver

I'm using mobile too android phone. I'm also tapping it worked fine. I just hold once skill activate.
