I can relate to Savannah having the smallest luggage. When you are an airline employee, you learn to pack light and it flows to your family members as well.
I think a "Ball" would be nice for everyone to get a chance to wear there wedding dresses again because I agree with Savannah. I wouldn't want to spend a ton of money on a dress I'm only gonna wear once. So doing a "Ball" one a year or every other year would be pretty cool. Also I got sooooooo excited when Crystal said that y'all were going to Kleinfield's to wedding dress shop! I watch the show ALL THE TIME. I really hope we get a chance to see a little bit of y'all shopping and trying on, you are going to look ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL in anything you put on Savannah. Actually when I was in Mom's club when my kids were little we actually used to throw a mom prom every year. The first year it was all about wedding dresses and old prom dresses and stuff like that and then after that it turned out to be as in outrageous as you possibly could get and tacky. So they got to wear their dresses. I never had a wedding dress so didn't need that. I saw actually a video the other day that was bringing up this topic apparently it was on the Reddit am I a jerk I'm not going to say the actual word thread and this woman wore a wedding dress to her son's wedding her now daughter-in-law was outshined because her mother-in-law walked down the aisle in a dress a white wedding dress... to me that's when you run. I can't imagine Crystal ever being the nightmare mother-in-law she's probably the best you could ever dream of. Can't wait to see more of the trip

Every year for their anniversary, they can have pictures done. Savannah can wear her wedding dress and Alex can wear his tux. That way she gets to wear her dress more than once. And then each year add a photo next to the one from the year before and watch how much you grow together throughout your marriage.
It was nice to see Hannah, looking so excited, to be going to New York, especially as Alex is her brother too! An how in awe sge was when having the opportunity to go into that amazing shoe shop.

I don’t know if it’s something that’s done in the US but in the UK, traditionally wedding dresses were made into the christening gown for when the couple have a baby. My grandparents had the wedding dress made into a couple of gowns and they’ve been passed down throughout the generations which is really sweet

I'm an avid thrifter who does re-sale, and my dad was over one day, and he was asking me why anyone would ever just give away their wedding dress because I had found a few designer ones. I asked him where a women would ever be able to wear them again...and he looked kind of miffed, like, yeah, you're right, lol. It's so sad that it's so beautiful and pricey and all the things, but it will only ever see use if you pass it on or maybe wear it again for a vow renewal.
Hi from the u.k, my late mother in law got married in 1966 and her wedding dress got made into a baby's christening gown. Her 4 children and 13 out of her 16 grandchildren have also been christened in it. Now some of her great grandchildren are going to wear it but sadly she is not hear to see it.
Family Tradition: use the wedding gown for next generation - baptism/christening and then sew a piece in their wedding dress and pillow from ring barrier. NYS trip!!!!! Come here and Enjoy!!!!
I know what you mean about that heat! It’s been brutal! I had to cut my grass the other day here in Florida and after just 30 minutes out in that 102 degrees, 97% humidity..I was dying. At least when I was in the Midwest etc it was a dry heat, not with the humidity. The humidity makes it soooooooo much worse.
LOL Alex didn't seem seem thrilled with the curtains being ripped open and Hannah jumping on him to wake up in the intro! Sisters gotta love em! I love the new intro more everytime I see it! Love that you get to meet Savannah's mom! Yeah definitely weird trend. I know people that have made christening gowns for their baby out of wedding dress that the mom wore. Another idea if you decide you don't want to keep is to donate it to a hospital baby bereavement program where they use it to make little outfits for babies that didn't make it! Pretty scary yet hilarious when Joe is the voice of reason in the room, that guy is awesome! I hope he is enjoying his motorcycle! My favourite Crystalism ever as you are leaving "make good choices" (and if you don't make sure to film it lmao Max is such a good big brother but I feel like all your boys are protective of their sisters! Upstate New York is much different 🤣 check out the "Finger Lakes" all lakes, tons of farms, we sign agriculture agreements when we buy houses understanding we have certain smells and tractor traffic jams! NYC hits different. The vibe is fun and loud but great to visit! Enjoy!!

My sister C took months to find the right dress and spoke to a lady at department store in the mall who knew exactly what she meant. She brought out the perfect dress for her, simple and classic, and we bought it. When my other sister K was getting married later on, she was nearly hysterical because her in laws to be were pushing her to just choose one and she didn't like any of the choices. C came to the store and kicked everyone else out and asked her what kind of dress she did like and K was like "something like yours. That one was perfect!" So my sister K wore C's wedding dress for her wedding too and they both looked and felt beautiful in the dress. C and K now have 8 daughters between them and the oldest 5 have tried on the wedding dress just for fun and they all looked stunning so that is an option if any of them choose (the oldest is 20 and the youngest is only 3). My cousin (who we had custody of for awhile) wore my mother's wedding dress on her wedding day too. It was beautiful and meaningful. I think picking a brand new dress that never gets used again is wasteful and this is a nice alternative.
I'm surprised Savanna didn't tell you that its really not worth the money to take Uber from JFK to Times Square. 1) nyc traffic is crazy 2) you're better off on mass transit Enjoy your time in NYC though:)

1) nyc traffic is crazy
2) you're better off on mass transit

I’m 45 min outside of NY and it’s not my favorite place, I’ll stick to the shore lol but one thing you can’t get wrong in NY is food! Enjoy!
I hope the guys went to the Central Park Zoo. I wanted to go the last time I was there but my paycheck had not come in and I didn’t have the $ to go into the zoo. I hope they did and filmed it. I’ll look for you all on “Say Yes to the Dress”.
