If you have trouble eliminating eat more fibre, like ripe fruits, greens, whole grains and stay hydrated. Also some yoga twists can stimulate the elimination process too.
I've seen something called vegetable ghee at asian markets. But I don't recommend you use oil or free fats in general if you're concerned about health. Though the fats in sesame seeds are really healthy, the oil is basically toxic in particular when used for (stir)frying, these omega-3s are very prone to oxidation, using coconut oil to (stir)fry would be optimal. Though like mentioned avoid oils as much as possible for optimal health. I only use oil occasionally topically or to swoosh my teeth.
Ayurveda has some interesting old wisdom, too bad it's not Ayurvegan...
