I actually decided to loop your cover rather than the original. I just personally enjoy your version more. I love your voice so much.
The line "I've made some really big mistakes, but you make the worst one look fine" seems to have three different meanings.
1) the obvious, his mistakes were way worse than the singer's
2) the worst mistake being the dude, who was very fine
3) the worst mistake was a child. The other person may have made the child as adorable as the father (considering this dude seems to be some sort of heartthrob) and no one thinking about r**e on how in love they seem to be.
Idk, maybe I'm reading too much into these lyrics. Just wanted to see if anyone else understood what I'm saying here.
I get what you're saying but I personally see them having made other mistakes (trying a cigarette, sneaking out, underage alcohol)
Yet these mistakes are nothing in comparison to believing this man over all the people saying he was bad news (line about being upset for calling them crazy with him) and thinking she was smart but being wrong. (Aka naive)

Found the theme of my helluva boss Oc. Alice tepes Dracula a woman who saved her country Romania in the 17th century only to end up in hell as a vampire and the vampire part is as a way to punish her for her bloodlust in war. As a result she hides away in her castle never showing her face only when loona finds her and gives her reassurance that everyone in hell has dark secrets so Alice proudly shows her true self. Dawning a 14th century Romanian dress and a black cape she showed her vampire identity with pride
