      There is no investment requirement for temporary residency; you can convert to permanent residency after 2 years. To get permanent residency right out of the gate, you have to invest $70k. 🙂

      You mostly need the local language to live in a foreign country. There are a few exceptions.

    • @ramadeo83
      @ramadeo83 7 місяців тому +2

      You can live very conformably with spanish, our accent is similar to argentinian and bolivian, the other language is guarani, if you're a foreigner in Paraguay with a foreing salary you'll be fine, the only thing you have to worry about is the hellish heat, my advice, move to a very well air conditioning apartment, specially if your like in the first o second floor so you have some floors to absorb the sunray, if you have like a house I hope you have a pool, believe me, here with have heat, forget about what you know, here is really intense heat in summer, our springs is like your summer, our autumn is symbolic and our winter is basically 2 weeks of cold(that for Europeans is like Autumn) and then is like random, heat, cold, heat, cold, we Paraguayans have the four seasons any time of the year, but more heat than cold. Cold is very rare. I know Americans and Europeans that even though the like it here, run for their lives in summer. And I totally get it, I'm just to it, but I hated it. Is so brutal, really.
