"Making a decision for Jesus". ....where do we see this in Scripture as the way of salvation? Jesus said we must be born anew(by God). Receiving the Spirit of Sonship from Above, and we cry: "Father!" Galatians 4:6
This happens as soon as we thankfully accept JESUS CHRIST'S ultimate sin sacrifice on the cross and believe in HIS resurrection on the 3rd day!!! And don't forget that JESUS is GOD, see John 1!
@@albertafarmer8638 .....I see nothing that speaks of "accepting Jesus" to be saved. I see only the new birth given from Above by the sovereign God. And the gift of saving faith also as given from Above. We are dead in our trespasses and sins, enemies of God because of our fallen state and sin nature. No one seeks after holy God. We can only be saved if God draws the sinner to Christ. Scripture speaks of all this in simple ways. And the man Jesus is the last/second Adam, Adam means man/human, not God. The man Jesus said that Father God is the only One, and so did the apostles. They surely knew the truth. And I will stand with them.
@@bosse641 We can't wait, we MUST thankfully accept JESUS ultimate sin sacrifice! It's a gift and we must take it!
@@albertafarmer8638 ....How can dead people do anything about their predicament? Unless God reaches down into the grave by His grace and mercy and gives the dead sinner life there is no getting out of it. God saves dead sinners by His own will and choosing. We do not do any of it. We are on the receiving end. All glory to God.
@@bosse641 The dead can not get saved only the living Of course GOD draws us to HIM but we still have to accept JESUS sin sacrifice
