- caught it on video: kickstarter blocking while driving. luckily i was slow.
some 1st analysis and how2 avoid ot.
defo my fault.
fail: blocked kicker due to blocked kicker gear on the primary xmas tree
solution: ensure that nothing is striping at the case, to avoid dirt coming under the gear

To remove your worries FOREVER - just remove the kick start and use electric or bump start.
Sir. I changed the seal of kick shaft but still it is leaking half drip. Please kindly advice solution.

You can take off the kick stater and maybe ride it back home, that should work.
No, as the kicker shaft is still connevted to the primary and in general: if this happens at higher speed, there is no walking anymore but ambulance or the meat wagon

Sure seems like the springs were not installed properly.
which spring / springS do you mean?
everything was fine. just dirt came under the kicker gear and it got blocked
as the primary Xmas tree was still striping the case sadly... clearlly my fault
@@FreakMoPed8 Either the return quadrant spring or the kicker gear spring. And how did the bottom of the case get damaged? It looks like there is tape covering damage below the flywheel. If the springs were installed properly then there must have been a mismatched part. Is this your Vespa or one brought in for repair?

as stated john, All parts did fit. No issue with a spring. just dirt came under the kicker gear. case is not damaged but cut open on purpose to fit the kickstarter screw. i built the engine.
