This is probably my favorite G Next ep so far, I really like the BGM when Tokoha was blooming in that second stride turn and the fact that two main characters are head to head and such
It has! It's like what the Legion era did to Misaki.I mean at first they give Tokoha that lame excuse to get to U20 because she was 'in love', if you can call something that surmounts to just being a crush, 'love'. And now she keeps getting her butt handed to her.. just.. wow, reminds me more and more of YGO and their 'depth' when it comes to writing for female characters.
Her having a lame excuse to get to U20 is the reason they're making her lose battles, because she didn't enter and fight for herself. They're probably gonna make her have a self introspection episode where she's gonna find a reason to win other than doing it for Miguel, which will lead to her starting to win battles again. It's not amazing but I think they made a decent development setup. Also, before she said she didn't know what she wants to do(when talking to Miguel) and she will probably find it during this tournament which will involve trying to win the U20 so then she has a genuine reason to be here.
The whole crush on Miguel thing was rushed and stupid anyway. Tokoha only lowkey knew him for one day and fell in love instantly, either her hormones were high or being away from Chrono, Mamoru, and possibly Shion made her long for some male attention. And when Miguel died she went through this mental breakdown and had a crisis of not knowing what to do, uh during Gris Crisis you said you wanted to go study abroad that was your dream was it not all she hoped it would be?
1. From what ive seen for the new gurguit stride still looks like we don't have a good stride that's not GRD. 2. Glad that Taiyou finally won against a decent cardfighter. 3. Also as I was thinking about it Taiyou has had 9 cardfights on screen total and only won 3 of them including this one( safe to assume he didn't beat Chrono during their teaching fight). And the other times were against that justice kid. 4. I kinda like the new Gurguit g3 artwork.
Nova Grappler really needs to be nerfed 😂😂😂 Also my friend has a deck of nova and the defense no. Of grade 1 and 2's are 15,000-20,000 which is so annoyong

I thought the set up with Chrono fighting a slow opponent meant that he'd win, bring Taiyou and Kazuma back, and be none the wiser. Oh well. Satoru vs Kamui, fun times.
I actually doubt Kumi can beat Chrono, that's like saying Morikawa can beat Kai with his Power card deck. I mean, it's just obvious, I do know that Kumi should be a lot stronger by know, but strong enough to beat Chrono...?
For me, Taiyou deserved the win because he hasn’t win from the start of the season! Tokoha can win other future battles. I am glad that Taiyou finally won an epic match
This has been one heck of a session so far! But I'm still concerned for ChronoxTokoha, I can't tell who she likes more, Miguel or Chrono. She's trying to take Miguel's feelings to the U20, but she is trying to level up to Chrono. Also, this is episode 17, so we're nearing the end of the first arc of this session (because the arcs tend to last around 20 episodes). I wonder who's going to fight Enishi next episode, looks like Kamui. And because of Tokoha's 12x Bloom, at 20:02, it was the first time in Vanguard History that a unit got over 100,000 power! (The only way to defend that is with a Complete Guard)
When I hear Tokoha's Theme Song I feel sorry with her ,song is kinda say that she is trying to get through the sorrow in her heart. Tokoha,I'm cheering you. and one last thing Tokoha fight style is like a Freaking Beast fight so overpower feel like Sakura form Naruto series
wow. i totally thought tokoha was going to win this one and chrono would have to fight to bring both back. still was good episode and defintitly is showing that tokoha has more room to grow and showed taiyou growth. will be interesting the next few episodes and see how tokoha responds
I was generally surprised that Tokaha appeared I thought it was gonna be the girl-boy boy girl the kid who uses Link Joker I think it's a girl so hard to tell in anime not happy Tokaha lost I know they wanna see Taiyou win more but why against her. Why not Shion it always has to be the girl.

Sure, Raging and Maelstrom got reboots and support and the Ren and Leon aren't anywhere to be seen using them, but when the Legend deck and Clan booster for the two of the came out they did make an appearance with the deck, I don't know about you, but I enjoyed watching the older characters interact with the new set of characters as role models and teachers for the sole fact that it makes you feel like the anime is really moving forward, and it just would have been nice to see how Aichi would've interacted with Chrono or maybe Shion (based on clan, but since Kai basically raped him at a dry cleaner I think he's good). Again, before you get your panties in a knot, it would be NICE for him to make some kinda of appearance in an actual fight again, but I'm not saying that he SHOULD.

I don't know, she looked like she was distracted or was trying to rush her trying to catch up to Shion and Chrono, and you know the whole Miguel thing, I still is she won though by my favorite character out of the main cast in G apart from Kumi
@@_simplylink_ Those skills requires the perfect quantity of units, used correctly and right to properly reach that quantity of power, otherwise it would've been lacking to someone who truly is not focusing. That play is not automatic. Or doesn't come as automatic. It requires the right formation and timing with each copies, + the G unit. Every Neo Nectar player knows this. She might've had issued with herself regarding reaching Shion and Chrono and what happened to Miguel. But this doesn't mean anything to the current fight. But the fact is that she was focusing. And she played her best with the current units.

Tokoha used up her only intercept on the RG Gurguit attack and her hand had only 10000 SLD + Ahsha. Katrina is Grade 1 and doesn't have the intercept ability. Perimore from Unite, the G Unit and the Stand Trigger power alone was 22000, enough to break through.
I can`t be the only one who thinks Taiyou will get a new Trial Deck soon. Hopefully, the new G3 Gurguit is not in the GB10 Booster. Maybe, him along with Onimaru, cuz we also need a reprint of Shiranui.

Kristoffer Castro I think is actually CONT skill because his G3 rg that stand from trigger is 22k without boost.
Tokoha used up her only intercept on the RG Gurguit attack and her hand had only 10000 SLD + Ahsha. Katrina is Grade 1 and doesn't have the intercept ability. Perimore from Unite, the G Unit and the Stand Trigger power alone was 22000, enough to break through.
I can`t be the only one who thinks Taiyou will get a new Trial Deck soon. Hopefully, the new G3 Gurguit is not in the GB10 Booster. Maybe, him along with Onimaru, cuz we also need a reprint of Shiranui.
