The FOMO is hitting hard as just about all of my friends journey to Burnett Texas for the eclipse festival. Can I find tickets?! Yes. Is gas cheaper in Texas? Yes. The 600$ Rv pass for my van is something I can’t bare.
The line up is amazing and the weather is looking good too. If it’s not too much chaos your all going to have an awesome adventure.

It doesn't instantly blind you. It can damage your eyes because normally, when you look at the sun, your pupils dilate from the bright light, and this protecrs your eye from the UV light. During the eclipse, your pupil doesn't dilate, so more UV is able to enter your eye, thus causing damage.

I was at the Texas eclipse and it looked even more beautiful than in this movie!! The moon perfectly blocked the sun and you could see pink solar flares in the ring . One of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.

Not me! I went to Burnett Texas and during totality I watched the solar eclipse with no glasses, one of the most beautiful sites I’ve ever seen.
