Louisville is never in these, at least not when they're at home. Real weird. It's the biggest basketball only arena (sorry Syracuse) in the country and the announcers always mention how loud it gets in there...but I guess because it's so big and doesn't have an iconic student section it doesn't get credited enough. People think small on-campus dumpy gymnasiums with a big student section when they think college basketball, not a NBA arena like the Yum Center.

What a fun watch in a year of watching games in mostly empty arenas. I was at the OSU-Illinois game starting at 6:31 and my seat was in the 4th row behind the basket where Sylvester hit that shot. The Schottenstein Center was in its early years and we old-timers were still a bit salty about the lack of atmosphere compared to St John Arena, but in that moment, the Schott felt and sounded like SJA for the first time since it had opened. And to add to the drama, this was the last day of the regular season, OSU had found out the day before the NCAA had banned them from the tournament, and Illinois was #1 and undefeated.
