Assigning the skeleton can only be done with the ue5 mannequin, as there's not enough bones in the ue4 version.
As for the eyelashes not displaying correctly bug, we'll post a fix on it soon, apart from that this solution is the best way to "retarget" and use a metahuman

i imported a skinhead and had no problems
Give it a go with a hair that doesn’t require LOD 0&1 to be displayed! The ones that don’t have the warning for grooms
This messes up leg IK.
Sorry to hear that. The issue sriracha probably after changing the full body IK from pelvis to anim root. If IK is essential for you, than you can set up custom inverse kinematics for the metahuman
@@mypixel-studios I found the solution for it! Instead of changing the FBIK to animroot, we can just add IK virtual bones to the skeleton, and have them be the drivers.
