@@alessandrodellalbani5641 when you start a game after having beaten it once, you will have 'kuros charm' in your inventory, if you give it back to Kuro, enemies have more higher stats, drop more xp. Most importantly without the charm you will take 30% damage from blocked attacks, forcing you to perfectly parry. So a charmless run is when you give the charm back, basically playing on hard mode.
That's just Isshin knocking you back to initiate phase two, you take no damage from it and I'm sure it's just to keep you from cheesing him since that animation would leave him vulnerable otherwise

Some of those were imperfect deflects, you would've taken damage if you were charmless. Good run but not flawless :/
