I have super oily skin with some texture. Estee Lauder Double Wear - Holy Grail. Love it. A little goes a long way. I like to wear it for special events or when I really need my makeup to last all day. Nars Soft Matte - Absolutely HATED this. It transferred like crazy and I had a hard time finding a good shade match. Dior Backstage - Love it. It's very light weight and gives a natural skin finish. Loreal Pro-Matte - This (and the Zoeva Authentik) is my everyday foundation. It's not as full coverage as the EL DW, but it is lightweight and buildable. It gives a good medium coverage without feeling too heavy or cakey, and it holds up well on my very oily skin once I've set with translucent powder and setting spray. Maybelline Super Stay - Not a fan of this. I felt like it was heavy (heavier than the EL DW) and I could "feel" it on my skin. I had the same experience with the Loreal 24 HR Infallible Fresh Wear foundation. For anyone looking for a luminous, natural-looking foundation and has oily skin, check out the Zoeva Authentik Skin Foundation. It's not formulated specifically for oily skin but I've found it to be oily-skin friendly. UPDATE: Just tried the Wet n Wild Photo Focus Foundation, and I am freaking in love. The WW foundation is an amazing find at an unbelievably good price point (but you may have to purchase darker shades online like I did). It is a solid medium coverage, has a unique powdery matte texture upon application, and SO light weight that I forget that I am wearing it. It doesn't bunch up around my nose or settle into fine lines. It holds up well in the winter, but I'm curious to see how it holds up in the summer heat. UPDATE 2: After working to get my skin in a good place, I've pared down on my foundation use. I continue to use Estee Lauder Double Wear and Zoeva Authentik for special occasions, and I use the Wet N Wild Photofocus Matte in my daily routine along with their new Niacinamide Skin Tint. Most days I now alternate between the skin tint or spot concealing with concealer.

All your foundations you mentioned. They do the same to me. I love Dr be Nars and maybelline but it separated and I was oily. I use the L’Oréal for everyday and EL for special occasions. I have to try the Zoeva

It's really hard to blend out, has a weird yellow (like Simpson yellow) undertone, and settles into fine lines/dry patches. Steer clear of that one.
Also!!! Just found this out a few months ago and have been using it since: ‼️‼️‼️CALAMINE LOTION (yes the chicken pox lotion 😅. Make sure you get the pink one) AS PRIMER FOR OILY SKIN‼️‼️‼️ it’s so affordable and your makeup Will stay matte for at least 8 hours without turning into a greasy mess after 3 hours 😫💗 I love it. Apply a thin layer using a brush and wait for it to dry. If the layer is too thick, you’ll have to put more foundation to cover it up. And use a full coverage foundation. I’ve used calamine lotion all over my face everyday since Dec ‘22 and I’ve had no skin issues. Please let me know if you try it out.
My everydays for oily skin are the catrice HD 24 hour liquid foundation, the catrice true skin foundation, and Juvias place I am Magic foundation. All of them are so good with oily/combo skin and LITERALLY So so so long lasting. I sweat like crazy on my face so trust me!!! These 3 are amazing.
Own them all But they do all cake and separate apart from the loreal one Dior is beautiful but verry slight coverage Estee l is full coverage thick and becomes very oily and separated in 3 hrs in my personal opinion Nars is beautiful very soft but clings to dry patches so always use a primer and hydrating moisturiser under it Best solution: Use toner everyday to balance ur pH after cleansing Use Moisturiser thin creamy serum based Dont over exfoliate And use banana powder to set these foundations instead of any other powder it will do u wonders Hope this helps xox
I have the oiliest skin like after 1 hr my shine comes through yet estee lauder double wear foundation cracks on my cheek area and around th corner of my nose like it feels really drying even after I drenched my face with super hydrating moisturiser And prep my skin…it just didn’t work for me at all…i have give alot of change…n idk why u prefer maybelline superstay over loreal freshwear being an oily person …maybelline superstay itself produces alot lot of oils and after 3 hours my looks like greasy bun or oil factory 😂😂😂 according to me coming from the oiliest person….In high end: Smashbox studio finish hydrating foundation really holds up to ur skin even after 5 hours and it doesn’t oxidised at all and for drugstore i really liked the loreal infallible fresh wear foundation cos it legit last so well on my oily skin…

Yes to the DW and Maybelline. I tried the Nars and it looks amazing at first and then starts to separate on my chin. I was so sad because it was beautiful at first.

The best for oily skin Rose Inc soft light foundation. I have used all the above and if you have skin that gets oiler throughout the day the roseinc absorbs the oil!
Thanks Please also make best concealers for super oily skin like mine most of congealers even popular ones slides off my skin after few hours I only wear concealers for work and i do prep my skin really well and powder/set my makeup still i have crazy oily t zone

1 skin care is a must: shaving daily double cleansing 2 times a week exfoliating hydrating
2 before applying your foundation apply your daily serum , I usually apply vit-c and hyaluronic serum then hydrate your face , I usually use sensilis upgrade, then never forget your sun block
3 how to apply foundation: use a brush and not a sponge
4 don't forget the loose powder to fix it in the oily zones of your face
5 how to choose your foundation: it depends on your undertone + type of your skin (oily, sensitive, dry or normal)

I just went to a local shop in my country and tried the tester for the maybelline foundation and applied it on my face and it feels so good, but sadly it’s too expensive.
You get it cheaper here
i don’t want so much coverage though 🥺
Dior Backstage
I always sheer out a foundation with a primer or something like ct Hollywood filter lovely 🥰
@@nikkiajoy thanks girls!!!
Combination skin shade
Not sure what you mean lovely? 🥰
I have oily skin ....😢
Well, I'm using Maybelline fit me that still suits my oily skin
One beauty influencer always claim that rihanna’s fenty beauty makes the best base for oily skin girls,I would like you to review her eaze drop skin tint I’m looking for light skin like coverage for my oily skin
I have heard the same thing lovely 🥰 I will add to the list xx
Anyone have any tips on lotion to use for sensitive oily skin . I feel like makeup goes on depending on what type of lotion you use
Can’t wait to get my hands on the Dior Backstage 🥰
I hope you love it 🥰
The pro matte in that tube your showing is discontinued in australia. Please review the new packaging ones I see you have one in the back
Sure thing ♥️
Superstay is the worst Foundation i have used.. Its so much fast drying that i couldnt blend it... I also mixed moisture cream with it.. I still hated it
Oh no lovely I’m sorry to hear 😢
Nars sadly looked pretty bad on me. Like I had tons of powder on - no matter what I did and it also didn’t stay very well …
What’s the shades names of Estée Lauder & Nars foundation?
Hi lovely 🥰 double wear I usually use tawny and nars Stromboli ♥️
Thank you!
You’re so welcome babe ♥️
Do have one for dry skin
I can definitely put one together babe!
I hate the Maybelline! Cake central! The DW, the Soft Matte, and the Dior are amazing, though. Have not tried the L’Oréal.
Infallible is not a dupe for Estee Lauder at all, not even close. It breaks down on me and EL could go up to 14 hours.
Nars soft matte not for my oily skin , sink into my pore
Oh no I’m sorry to hear babe 😭
You can use loose powder dear!!
Would like to try Nars but we don't have it in my country so I would have to order and pay fortunes for a foundation that I couldn't try on my hand and choose the right shade
Oh no I’m sorry to hear lovely 🥰 findation.com is a great shade selection tool and I would always colour match to your jawline going down your neck for the most accurate shade ♥️
Estée Lauder double wear makes me break out so bad
What about Mac?🤔🤔
I don’t really use many Mac foundations for my day to day lovely 🥰
@@nikkiajoy Yeah Mac foundations aren't for daily use it's studio fix
Double wear block pores like hell
Sorry to hear it doesn’t work for you lovely 🥰
estee lauder used to oxidize sooo bad. hopefully they changed the formula
Double wear? I’ve never experienced that babe xx
@@nikkiajoy yeaa this was like ten years ago but im scarred from the experience. maybe i’ll retry it one day haha
Es horrible cómo oxida
Attention: Dior backstage has changed the formula, if spells "DIOR", not "Dior" it is the new formula, which is terrible
Actually the oils on my nose were able to eat even double wear
can you have crulty free product to recomend for super xtra oliy skin person and also a vigen and the same time like me 😂
Not a single one of those are cruelty free 😫
Nars all day but Nikkia I didn’t need to watch because I knew what you’d say
🙊🙊🙊
Am I the only oily monster on earth that does’t love matte finishes? 😂 I LOVE looking glowy and dewy
