Jo Regent’s Park was my dad’s favourite park. An Islington boy his whole life. He used to take us there when we were kids to feed the squirrels. Dad passed away 22 Feb 2024. My hubby and I took him there in the summer. He would just ride his scooter around and enjoy familiar sights and sounds that reminded him of my step mum who died a few years back. It’s a lovely park and I know when I next visit there, I will cry 🥹 ❤️

I started AG1 3 weeks ago and love it! I’m 61. I can already feel results. It gives me energy and has helped my gut! It’s hard to describe what it tastes like. I didn’t buy it for a long time because I was worried I wouldn’t like the taste but it’s not bad at all. I highly recommend!

The idea of never taking pill supplements is very appealing. Those big buckle MM shoes are also very appealing. A perk of living close to the shops for a snatch up of the most popular items. The silk dress with feathers, it will look spectacular when you turn on the Christmas lights, then again why wait.
