You know, I just realized that the narrator doesn’t actually explain what a Bakugan Trap does. For those wondering, you play a Bakugan Trap during a battle with a Bakugan of the same color/attribute. Then, you can change the attribute of your Bakugan during that battle to one of the attribute symbols inside of the Trap. Once battle is finished, put the Trap in your used Bakugan pile. You get it back when you normally get your used Bakugan back (after all three/six are used).

A support bakugan from the second line (New Vestroia) of the original series. To use a trap, you needed to have a core bakugan of the same attribute in a battle, and when played, bakugan traps could change the attribute of said core bakugan into one of whatever attributes were hidden inside the trap. Allowing you to get a higher G-Power bonus from gate G-Power bonuses or from ability cards you might have. Like everything with the old bakugan though, the traps don't work with the new "Bakugan: Battle Planet game"; so *shrugs*. But hey, don't let that stop you if you want to play old school bakugan and find a trap you want at a decent price on amazon or somewhere else.
@@yujagyn nah i’m just saying that the more and more stuff they added made the game overly complicated and pushed people away. And I don’t see why the reboot had anything to do with the old Bakugan dying
You place one down where the outside attribute matches the one of your normal Bakugan. You then can change your Bakugans attribute to be any of them inside the trap.
