@@HeadsetAdvisor how can it be, that the jabra Headsets in your Test cancel so much Background noise and If i have them in my hands and Test them with the Same stuff they cancel absolutely nothing?
@@oliverjungwirth4596 That's hard to answer, we simply connect the headset to a computer with the USB Dongle and record via "Windows Sound Recorder". If you're on a Windows computer check your device manager with anything relating to "intel smart sound technology" and disable it. This causes microphone issues with many headsets. Start Menu > device manager > sound and video game controllers

@@oliverjungwirth4596 Our tests were done on a computer with the USB Dongle, so that could be the difference. Both Android and iPhone have a noise cancellation feature you could turn on as a work around.

Will it work on cisco jabber?
Yes, just doesn't work with the ability to answer/end calls away from the computer with Jabber at the current time.

Yes, it just doesn't have the integration to answer/end calls when away from the computer.
