the back wheels have dust shields as well, that’s what the back side of the drum brake is, it has some hardware that is hooked to them on the inside but if you take off the drum you should be able to put some self-tap screws and mount the lights behind the drums and make sure you don’t get any in the way of the hardware inside the drum

Take that ground and go straight from the batterys to the block then run power one side to the other. Its less resistance Especially using different size wire . That ground will get hot and could melt if you half to crank it long . (just an ole derby car trick)
