Have you ever felt imprisoned or stuck in your life circumstances? Honestly, we’ve been there. Days where it’s been hard to get out of bed, days where we’re not sure anything we do matters, days where we feel like we’re spiraling out of control. Paul and Silas were actually stripped and beaten before being thrown in the most securely guarded cell in the prison. In the midst of that humiliation, despair and pain, they chose to worship. As they sang the prison doors flung open and their shackles fell off. We believe this story isn’t just an allegory or specific to them-- we ALL have access to the same power of God. We all have the ability to sing in our darkest moments. We hope this song gives you an anthem for the dark nights of the soul, and encourages you to sing His praise from the shackles!

2019 was the absolute most horrible year I’ve ever had as far as what I could see in my flesh. I faced the worst trial I’ve ever faced in my Christian walk with my God. Friends I thought would NEVER leave did, family walked away, me and my family felt alone, very alone. We were persecuted, talked about, mistreated, cast aside, ridiculed, and so much more. This year though, things have already started out differently! We are blessed beyond measure, we have gained new friends, old friends have walked back into our lives, Gods blessings have began to pour down to us in a great way! I look back now at 2019 and realize that through it ALL, HE has kept us and it was HIM that carried us through our hardest trial yet and who held us in HIS hands and would not let go! We have not kept ourselves, but HE has kept us! We LOVE Him for it and praise Him even as we were shackled, for now our chains have fallen and the blessing are beginning to rain down! Thank you for this song Rend Collective! It has blessed my soul and no doubt will be a blessing as we sing it throughout this year! Blessings in Jesus Name to y’all! Ive been learning about the power of the Word as someone who has struggled with addiction for many years but only untill a few days ago, i hadnt realized the power had always been in the Word and now im not fighting like i used to but now im fighting a battle ive already won. Now faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. So if you want to strengthen your faith get into the Word untill that verse becomes real. One of the pastors i was listening to today said you might know the verse but read it again and again untill it gets inside of you and youve seen the light of that verse coz every Word is more knowledge in you about the vistory of Christ fr you. Fight every battle in the Word. Every battle. Like David did.

This is my favourite song of my whole life. My ex got me arrested and put me in maximum security prison for something I did not do and all I did was pray and sing this song and I got out 2 days later on a court date that was just a mention that I was not required to appear at and had 0% chance of being released from yet I was released. God is real and every word of this song is truth.
We have a wonderful tool at our disposal that not many people use. I have the Alexander Scourby KJV audio Bible on DVD and play it in my house 24/7. It is my music and my song.

This is BEAUTIFUL and so timely for me. My chronic illness shackles me a lot and prevents me from serving God how I'd like to... but worship is fighting for God's kingdom too and this is a great song.
Sara Willoughby i have a chronic illness too for 20 years. For most of my illness i had a tape in my head saying-Hurry up and get well u r wasting time. You could be doing Gods work in the world and helping people.....etc etc.
Finally the tape stopped . God told me this time of illness is a time he wants me to draw close to him. DEEP Intimacy with God CAN BE difficult when u r well and live a normal life . Make the most of the time to come closer to him..God bless you dear one

this song was posted on my birthday. It means so much! A year ago I called out from the shackles. I was on a road that had left my heart stone cold. I was on a road many go down, but many don't try to get off until it's too late. I had lost everything to live for, but he gave me everything to keep going. I was living life ashamed and broken, but He showed me I wasn't for gotten. He showed me a life worth living. He showed me the way of life. He gave me a hope

Car accident 2019 shattered my humerus bone above my elbow right arm 4 hours of surgery got out next day -
A week after therapy and having pain in my arm doctor can’t figure out why
Klove cruise 2019 January- come back in February that Monday I found out I have 2 different staph infections in my elbow didn’t spread- 2020
Went into surgery 17th 4 hours and then 2 months of medication and wound care- very painful- but no medal in my arm- I can finally bend my arm working on straightening it out more and building strength-
9 months of therapy-
Now chiropractor when needed -
Bankruptcy due to medical bills not supposed to end but did in September 2022
