Waking Up To A Dream From A Dream , I Love The Hamptons & I Love This Absolutely Perfect Hamptons Home Stunningly Beautiful , Have A Wonderful Day :) Love Always Gabby Gustafsson
Actually, I prefer the water to be far away. I don't like water that much, because of floods and other natural disasters. I'm okay with this.. so more for me :)
No, one would expect views commensurate with the appropriate price for the zip code. This is the Hamptons - don’t expect waterfront unless you’re paying $80M +. Also, the home is literally a 2 min drive from the ocean - not several “miles away.”
Do people live in the Hamptons all year round? Or do just some people? Is it common for a family to live in this kind of house during winter? I imagine it might be kind of magical even though it feels like a home made for the summertime
You know the celebrity chef Ina Garten she lives in the Hamptons year around and always has people over so I'm guessing there is quite a few year around people
Outside awesome, inside awful.........the builder states that very thing within 10 seconds of his opening statement. Let me translate........The locals will not allow a modern exterior, and buyers are fooled by modern interiors and this is the results. Inside is cold and soulless. Not that the buyer will spend much time there. Just a place to park money
Beautiful. Stylish and comfortable. Gorgeous. I love the windows in the bedroom and the staircase. Unique.

This is an amazingly beautiful house! However, “the waves” are miles away.. on that price range, one would expect a better views 😉
