My Infinia 175.6 just arrived! This video was super helpful for me to figure out if I can put the cabinet together myself. Two questions: 1. Did you put a yoga mat/neoprene or some type of cushion between tank and cabinet? I see some forums recommend this. 2. Do you, in retrospect, still feel you needed that much space behind the tank? I was planning to push aquarium right up against the wall since the cabinet would allow access to plumbing. Thanks!
Great video! It was nice to see the whole process from unwrapping and inspection right through to the leak test. Anxiously awaiting shipment of my Infinia Frag 155.5 in two days. Any other tips you can share are greatly appreciated. Subscribed and following along with your build !
Looking to upgrade my Red Sea 425XL to this tank at some point in the future now that they have the upgraded stand! Thanks for walking us through your delivery and setup.
One thing I didn’t think of when I ordered my IM 50 Nuvo was bubbles in the glass. Obviously you’re looking for cracks, scratches, shotty caulking work etc. but I never thought to even look for bubbles in the glass that were manufactured into the glass. By the time I found it I was beyond the deadline for return and honestly I’m not one to go through the hassle. Hope someone sees this and keeps it in mind when they purchase their tank ✌️
I am considering purchasing this tank. In your video I can’t tell if the seams of the tank are protected with the newer plastic/rubber inserts on corners to protect silicone from damage with tank cleaning
you had to pay to put it into the garage ? my driver just did it for me with out asking whole pallet was breaking in the middle trying to drag it up the driveway
@@prolificbreedaquatics I was going to reject the tank if he wasn't going to drop it in the garage. It was going to rain that day, so there was no way I could move everything in that day. Finding x3 other people was a challenge as well.
Awesome setup!!! Can't wait till its ready!!! 👍👍👍

Good point, going to double check for that as well.

Its not, you have to be careful for all rimless tanks when cleaning close to the silicone.

Curbside was free and another $150 for garage drop off. The driver just going to drop it off on the curb and go :/
@@PurelyAquatic if he did that to me I would have been assed out 🫣 It took me like a year to sort out how to move the tank in 😂
