Steer Pasture Overlook Dispersed Camping and Wall Drug.

What a great campsite we found just outside of Badlands National Park . Its called the Steer Pasture Overlook Dispersed Campsite. We spent the stormy afternoon visiting Wall Drug. This is truly a unique place. It's a great way to spend an afternoon. When we return to the campsite we find out why its called Steer Pasture and are totally stunned by the fabulous sunset. Tomorrow, we visit the Badlands. Enjoy.

@inthebackyardwithdel438 yes but it was a hard place to survive. The homestead act was successful to get folks out there but very few stayed.

Nice campsite with bad lands scenery outside your camper. Ya gotta stop at Wall Drug while your out there. 😊
