I'm from Slovakia, we bought 4 new pieces of Gearelec GX12, which is quite a high order, the manufacturer misleads about the range and the quality of the call, the real range in an open environment is barely up to 100 m, on one motorcycle, the rider and passenger cannot hear each other even at a speed of 40 km. Gearelec's service is unprofessional and does not know/does not want to express itself clearly about the mentioned matter, it is not a cheap device, which makes me even more angry, I absolutely do not recommend buying any device from this brand!
