      It’s a limited edition ti nitrate coated boxer since rockshox had gold years before fox did

      @@michaelcawley7400 Its not. You can CLEARLY see that its a Fox 40. Even has the blue top cap fox runs, and the fox graphics. The only gold boxxer is a white one on Valli Höll's bike, which is a white fork on a white YT Tues, the bike in the vid is a scott gambler.

      @dyslexiusmaximus most forks come stock with black rubber seals but SKF make the same seals out of green nitrile rubber that have way less friction. You get much better small bump sensitivity and less arm fatigue over multiple runs with forks that are more plush. Most teams work closely with the OEMs though so you don't often see the green seals.

      @@rocky6162 I believe the green seals should last longer as they effectively don't make as much contact with the stanchion but don't quote me on that

    crazy to see the difference between the big bike brands and the small ones....its like F1 where RB has all the budget but others dont....Pole bikes only 1 frame per rider available for a whole season that is mad...

    Wow, bike companies finally realizing that bikes don't slow down same as motorbikes, so it makes no sense to use the same logic when speccing the rotor sizes.

      both motos and bikes use front for principal stopping power. Bikes just drag the rear a bit more.

      What? Do you think that bikes don't adhere to the laws of physics or something? Even if you would only use rear breaks while breaking there will still be alot of weightshift to the front, no matter what vehicle or any object in motion, when something is decelerating weight (or inertia really) will be pushed forward resulting in less weight on the rear & more weights on the front meaning more grip at front, so yeah, everything does slow down the same way, both bikes and motorbikes. And listening to him talk the spec sizing is about that particular riders break technique & preferences, not because of difference in slowing down between MC & bikes, so big rotors front and smaller rears will still be the best spec for 98% of all bike riders

      @@bimfred "a bit"? Do you have engine brake, with which you can modulate the speed, on a bike? Are the braking points and the grip so unpredictable, which forces you to constantly modulate the speed mainly with the rear as the front needs the grip, on a motorbike? All these cause extreme heat and brake fade on the rear brakes, which makes it common sense that you want bigger rotors, or at least same size on the rear. Definitely not smaller as many companies do.

      @@Jeppelelle Dude, you are completely off. Who said "bikes don't adhere to the laws of physics"? "inertia will be pushed forward"...you don't even understand or know how to use physics terms 😅 What happens during braking is the same, how you do the braking is clearly not the same. I explained why, learn to read before touching your keyboard. Read also "Ending the rotor size myth - Why you should have a bigger brake rotor at the back than the front" from Enduro Mountainbike Magazine.
